We have had nothing but a positive experience with Apria, especially their representative Ron. I was having issues with my wound vac from my recent surgery and he came out to my house within an hour and helped get me taken care of. We were and continue to be very grateful for their customer service.

We had an outstanding experience with Ron, the General Manager of the store. He patiently coached my husband on how to breathe with the portable Inogen system. His instruction on how to use the machine was so clear & concise. And he had Bruce walk throughout our home, walk up steps, & walk to our car. All bases were covered. Thanks to Ron my husband now has the confidence to use his oxygenator in all settings!
