They did not have the part I thought I needed to fix my washer. However, they had another suggestion. And sure enough, I was chasing my own tail. With their advice and recommended replacement part, I was able to get my washer spin cycle working again. Very knowledgeable team. A good review is the least that I can do. Nick came to diagnose our clothes washer. He spent time making sure of the problem, discussed the cost of repairs, and gave us excellent advice. He was able to repair it on the spot. Very knowledgeable as well as personable.

Have used their services many times over many years, and can't speak highly enough about them. You won't find a more honest and capable company .

Our microwave stopped working, and we took it to the shop. It had a burned out electrical circuit. They had the parts and did the repair at a reasonable cost, even though they worked past closing time. We've used Ken's before and are always pleased with the service.

1/3/2024: This time our dishwasher stopped working. We made an appointment and the technician replaced a bad water valve, and all is good again. Once again, Ken provides excellent service at a reasonable cost, and the technicians are pleasant and don't waste time. A+

They really know what they are doing! We've had four service calls over the last few years. (Fridge, washer, dryer, stove) Each time, technicians explained the problem and how they fixed it. (And how to avoid a reoccurrence)

Bill came and looked at our dishwasher. The part that usually causes the error was quickly replaced. We still had a problem and he returned. Another part was ordered and was installed in a timely manner. We have been very pleased with all the service we have received on our appliances. Bill is definitely an asset to the company!

Our dryer broke its belt on Sunday, called Ken’s on Monday at 2:30pm, dryer was fixed Wednesday by 1:30pm. Was in and out in 40 minutes. Reasonable pricing and quick turnaround. What else can you ask for? Five stars!

Gregg was an amazing technician that came out to our house today to work on our washer. He had great customer service, was fast, and explained everything along the way! If you are in need of a company or need to set up and appointment the lady that answers the phone is very easy to talk to and got them right out to us. If you are in need of someone to fix appliances I would recommend them!!

These guys are great. Fixed my oven in 20 mins. Had them back to put in a new garbage disposal. I'll never use anyone else. 👍👍👍

I have called Ken's twice in the last month. The first for my dryer, and after a quick phone discussion we were able to determine the most likely cause of the problem. They came out quickly and replaced the part for a reasonable price. The second time was for a microwave. During the conversation, the gentlemen I spoke with was upfront and honest about the lack of availability of parts for my appliance. It's rare anymore that a service company will be that upfront and not try and milk a charge.

Josh came out, right on time, he checked and cleaned vital points and found an unusual problem that only need an adjustment. He had my washer going in ONE hour. He was friendly and polite and the price was very reasonable.

Mike was very professional. He was on time, he was informative, he was done with the repair on my dryer faster than a New York minute! I suggest if you have a problem big or small call Ken's Appliance!!

Ken's Appliance were very friendly and extremely helpful. They had the parts needed for my microwave, and fair pricing. No pressure sale people like other local stores. I will always check with Ken's in the future!
