This is the 2nd of my two different storage unit companies. This one was much easier to work with compared to my other units company.
Gate access is top notch. The ability to pay on line. The monthly reminder emails. Alice the manager is wonderful to deal with. The cost are in line with other units. Its clean and tidy. Not one sign ever of pests or rodents in my unit, can't say that for my other unit. I would highly recommend A-1

We relocated after the sale of our house, but did not have a house to purchase yet. So we found a rental and needed to store our possessions until we found a house. After seeing the ads for A1 U Store It around town and then checking them out on their website, we signed up to store our possessions for an undetermined time period while we looked for a house. U Store It was incredibly professional and cooperative in meeting our storage needs. When we did find our house and had our closing on the last day of the month, the folks at A1 U Store It bent over backwards to accommodate our time schedule so we would not have to pay for an additional month of storage. We highly recommend using A1 U Store It, Springfield, for your storage needs.

Very friendly and courteous staff. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was able to find their location. Once we were at the location the staff made sure that we understood the contract rules and regulations. I plan on staying here for quite sometime. Site was clean secure and well lit for both security and customer usage. Ive been to many units that did not have lighting and this made for a very uneasy feeling when entering after dark and hard to manage in and outs. Lastly, the prices were well below their competitors and much more user friendly that the rest. A+++ Thank you C. Bryant and G. Witt.

This is a great place to rent storage in Springfield! I was arriving from out of town on a Friday and Alice waited an extra 30 min to check me into my unit. 24hr access is nice and the unit was as advertised. Highly recommend!

After meeting Alice and Steve Kelly, the property managers, we were a lot more at ease because of their friendly service and commitment to helping us get our RV situated; as well as giving us great tips for dining and entertainment in the local area. We needed to a storage facility that was secure and run professionally. Alice made the transaction work and we feel confident that our decision to use A1 makes sense. They do require more paperwork than the average storage facility, but it is to protect your good(s) as well as their business. Hard to argue with that!!

I needed a 20' unit, outdoor. They have them. I've paid less for more space in other cities. But, it was reasonable for South Springfield.

Gate access was reliable. The grounds were checked daily, from what I can tell.

They communicate promptly with clients.

I have rented from them a few years back and never had any complaints. I am renting from them again and they are very nice people and willing to take care of you in anyway they can! Thank you Alice! If anyone is needing a storage unit, rent from them! You won’t regret it!
