Westside Mini Storage

This place is a father-daughter operation and they both are absolutely phenomenal and accommodating. The prices are affordable and I feel like my storage is secure.

I've been storing my holiday things and special, but outgrown, kids toys for my future grandchildren here for years! They are so very nice! I say because of how nice they are and their prices are the most reasonable in town, as well!

We have been robbed twice now and management assured us they would add security cameras at the end and they didn’t and we got robbed AGAIN! After filing a police report, the police said this is a frequent spot they come to for robberies, so long story short…AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR STUFF!

I had the worst experience here. If I could give 0 stars and leave a comment, I would. I was greeted by the office manager, Nacy. She was rude and condescending. I asked for the prices of their units and if she had a print out I could take with me. I was told, "Oh no. We don't just give our rates out to everyone." There was a list of prices taped to the desk for 2017 and I asked if I could take a picture of the sign with my phone and I was told no. I continued to ask questions about what their units are like and about contacts. I was laughed at for the questions I asked.
I have never needed storage in Springfield and was out shopping around since we are planning to sell our house. The other places I went to had no problem showing units or giving prices. I will never use Westside Mini Storage!
