Cole is an absolute sweetheart and really was a pick me up kind of energy when I needed it. All the staff are friendly but Cole's bubbly personality stands out and made my morning great! My drink was perfect (I have never had an order mistake at this location) and I feel ready to take on the world. Thank you Cole and the staff of Starbucks freedom drive! ☕

Like I've said about other Starbucks, it's pricey but it's always good and the order is always right. The staff seems like they're always in a good mood, which helps the overall experience.

Honestly cant complain about this place besides maybe that the staff look uncomfortable being so elbow to elbow in one area. They are friendly and inviting nonetheless.

The girl that helped us was super nice and friendly. She gave compliments to my daughter and I and was extremely personable. Highly recommend this location. Great service. Drinks always ready quickly. Easy to get to.

My favorite starbucks in Springfield! If I wasn’t so poor I would come all the time. All the baristas work so hard and don’t get enough credit for their service and dedication. Also my drink is always fire. Come here you will not be disappointed!!

The staff work tirelessly, between students, office workers, and everyone in between doing online and in store orders/pickups. Always friendly, always patient. The employees create an atmosphere most corner shops can't quote get right with their chemistry, and make it an enjoyable and calm atmosphere. The seating offers a little of everything, and the location, while difficult to access during peak hours, is great. Be sure to come in, leave a tip, and say thank you.

There is ONE lady that makes my drink(I think she may be a manager)(venti double chocolate chip creme Frappuccino w/ 2 shots of expresso), and it is PERFECT every time. No one else makes it like she does. It's always too liquidity. Ordered ahead last wk, ended up waiting 22 minutes overall which was disappointing.

Really good place to have a nice cup of coffee. The people working there are great and answer all of your questions regarding the coffee flavors and taste.

This was the first pleasant Starbucks experience I've ever had! They were nice and friendly!!! They were quick and accurate! This is my store to come too. When I come and visit Springfield!

Pleasant atmosphere! Loved the new Juniper Latte! Lady at the cash register was friendly and helpful since I was using the app for the first time to pay for my order, which was especially wonderful since was 8 am and I wasn't fully awake yet! Very busy place this morning and everyone behind the counter knew their part and did great job keeping orders straight! Kudos!

They were crazy busy but everyone was working hard to get all the orders done quickly! Mine came out perfect!

Being one of the few Starbucks in town. Their standard was met that's most Starbucks are. It didn't go inside today and the line was minimal. But most impressive they said they had all the things that I usually get. But if you want your standard Starbucks and the standard service this is one of the places you'll get it. Like most Starbucks if you have a complicated drink don't expect them to get it right the first time

If you want coffee, you should know where to go. There are so many flavors of coffee that I had never seen before. Also, if it's not a coffee time, you can go for anything like the refreshers, which are super good too! Great place to get anything sugary 😂.

Amazing customer service, very nice atmosphere, great place to stop if you are driving between Chicago and Kansas City

I rarely come here, but I ordered a tall thinking it was a large. The staff actually let me keep both at no extra charge, something I wouldn’t have even done. I was ready to pay the difference and everything.

Awesome staff and very friendly. They really didn’t have to do what they did, but when you go the extra mile, great things will happen. Kudos to this location and thank you!
