Checkout lady was very helpful. I bought a electric toothbrush and asked her if I needed to buy any batteries too she had to put on her glasses as she just had had cataract surgery but she answered my question and I appreciated her thoroughness.

They have lots of items depending on what you are looking for. Some furniture but not a lot.

My son and I got some last minute items for dinner and gifts for my grandson

It is a place where you can get in and out quickly. The young man in electronics was helpful and the guy were I got my fishing license was very helpful. He had a rude customer who thought he mattered more than anyone else. Got snotty with the kid but he kept his professional composure and didn't react. I hope this guys kids are treated better than he treated the Walmart employee.

Staff very helpful, the new self check outs are a little tricky if you accidentally scan a item twice there's always someone close by that can take the extra item off.

I was there today around 7pm the self check out attendent, I believe her name was Lexi, was super helpful and sweet, made sure to let every customer know the self check out was card only and was extremely helpful to me and multiple others who needed her while I was there. Wonderful example of a great employee, it's a shame that some awful woman was allowed to talk down to her because the self checkouts do not support tap to pay, the walmart employees deserve better than to be treated that way over things out of their control.

I love the Walmart in Centralia, IL. The staff sticking the shelves and customer shopping are so helpful when they see you looking for something. They know that grocery like the back of their hands, I swear!!

Honestly everyone is complaining about checking themselves out and doing "cashiers job" but guess what they still complain about the long lines to get checked out. Stop being lazy and just check yourselves out otherwise wait in line!! Entitled Karen's if you ask me. Also self check out is all over the place now so ya'll get with the times!

This is one of my favorite Walmarts I have in my area. Probably one of my top three favorite Walmarts. I hate to admit it but its even better than my Walmart because mine is bad about running out of stock of items I need. I don't seem to have any problems finding what I need here. If I can't find what I need at mine I usually end up going to Centralia's and they always have it in stock.

The employees are helpful, when you can find them! They are always so busy shopping for other people.
The Wal*Mart has changed the check out lanes and register 's. One more thing to confuse us, email-print or both for the receipt 's now!.
Now that I am alone,my husband has pasted I still can't seem to find anyone to help within the store, and the employees put the restock in the middle of the lanes. So going from grocery to the other parts of the store you have to go way out of the way just to get around! It's So frustrating!

I am old enough with numerous conditions which, by definition, means I should stay away from people. The drive up for my prescriptions has been very helpful. The staff @ the pharmacy have been very accommodating. If my order was too big to fit in the drive thru they would bring it out to my car...so I would still not have to go in.

They can get busy and like all other Walmarts, self checkout is taking over. The building stays clean, staff are typically available and helpful.
