AT&T Store

I’ve never been more reassured in my choice to be an AT&T customer than I was today when Micheal helped me out with upgrading my devices. He was extremely knowledgeable and even went the extra mile to check over my monthly bill to make sure I was getting the best service at the best price. I’m a truck driver and I was a little short on time to spend in the store, but Micheal made sure that everything went as smooth as possible and I can’t thank him enough for that.

Great service!!! Zach stayed over an hour after they closed to make sure we got taken care and all our devices activated. He was really great. There were a couple of other guys who helped out before they left but I don't know their names. Everyone was really nice and helpful. 😊

You never know who will be working there when you go in. Sometimes the tech is very knowledgeable and other times maybe not so much. This last time I dealt with a tech named Zach who was kind and patient. He was knowledgeable about att issues but was not an iPhone expert. Not his fault. He did give it a good try to resolve the issue and eventually gave us the apple customer service number. Overall it was a pleasant experience but the iPhone issue needed an iPhone expert.

Great employees always willing to help with any issues. They have always tried to help me save money if they can find a way. Would recommend.

Zach was amazing at answering all my questions about my new watch. Also got some ear vuds and they set everything up and walked me thru using them both! Great service!!

I had originally called the store prior about an order that had some issues. Michael said no problem we will see you tomorrow. Im a truck driver so this store was right down the street from my shipper. I called to reconfirm and Michael remembered who i was and when i showed up michael greeted me and knew exactly who i was and what i came to do. We got right to business while we ran into a couple bumps he kept trucking right on through and got me switched over from my old provider. I walked out of there with a new phone and i got no plans of leaving AT&T again (previous customer years ago)

Michael you absolutely knocked it out of the park and made what could have been a headache into one of the best phone store experiences I ever had. I hope AT&T recognizes you for your efforts

Paige was so much help. She made sure I felt understood, helped me in every way she could, and told me how to fix my issue at home next time. She was very patient, kind, and experienced.

Paige did a wonderful job. She was very patient with the problems presented and provided excellent service. The other worker, Trevor was very attentive to other customers while we were being helped

Michael gave absolutely wonderful service today. He had so much patience and great personality.

Went into the store to set up an account for a new business. Had an amazing experience Justin was very helpful and professional. He got my account set up and ready to be installed and made sure to follow up post installation too.

Definitely went above and beyond and great customer service.

They helped us fix our complete mess up that another store did to us. Would come back so Mike and Collin can help us fix anything

I went into the store today with some questions about my current plan and my payments. The young Asian man, I can’t quite remember his name, was very helpful. He answered all my questions and really helped me have a good understanding of all my options. The rest of the staff was busy and I was surprised by how well they were helping everyone in the store. The best Verizon store I’ve ever been too!!

Update!!!! I went back into the store today and again needed assistance. I was greeted by the same young Asian man mentioned in the post previously. This time I had the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received anywhere before. This man was worse than a McDonald’s drive thru employee on a Tuesday night at 11:30. I will never go back to this Verizon store again.

The man who helped me today, Mason, went above and beyond. I was having trouble upgrading to a new phone and he didn't give up until the problem was solved. I don't think I've ever dealt with such a polite and helpful employee. Give this man a raise and a long paid vacation lol! Made my whole day, thank you so much.

Paige was very helpful in getting me set up with a phone. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was working right. Also very friendly and does business with a smile.

Joe Vandecar was amazingly helpful today with our phone and cable services! Me and my dad walked into the store today just wanting to get my dads retired vet discount and walked out the store with new phones, cheaper cell bills and a cheaper cable bill!! I never had a better experience EVER with a cell phone company! It was seriously the best experience in a cell store I have ever experienced! I am so glad we decided to come in today!! Thanks so much Joe!! Your definitely a diamond in the ruff!!

I can’t thank Dustin enough for all that he did for us while we were in the store trying to get new phones! We have stopped by multiple other locations for them each to tell us something different. We walked into the Centralia location already extremely frustrated with how everything else was going. Dustin listened to our issues and listened to what we exactly wanted done and to get on a new plan and he never once gave up until he got everything figured out for us. Dustin, thank you for staying late to make sure everything was finished, we greatly appreciate it!! I HIGHLY recommend Dustin in the Centralia location for all of your phone needs!!!

Dustin and Paige were awesome, very helpful, and patient. It took 3 trys to transfer my apps and data. Dustin worked on it for over 2 hours making sure everything was on my new phone.
