Advanced Heart Care, PA

Both my husband and myself are patients at Advanced Heart Care. My husband is under the care of Dr. Hamed and I see Dr. Gordon. We have received services which we have been more than satisfied with, and they both explain our problems carefully and so that we can understand them. I have been seeing Dr. Gordon for several years and always feel he really listens to me and diagnoses my problem. Thank you to both of you, we trust you with our lives! Our experience with everyone at Advanced Heart Care is definitely a five star experience.

I am so thankful for the care our family receives from Dr. Finkelstein and Cheryl Fostel, NP.

Doctor is great

Never can get someone to answer the phone at the office. Very piss poor. Will not return any calls either. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It doesn't matter how great the doctors are if the staff is unresponsive and uncaring.

It seems impossible for me to make an appointment with these people. They do not answer their phones, they do not return my phone calls and they keep calling me and texting me to set an appointment. I go to their website and am unable to set an appointment there. My initial visit was $1,250.00 and now they are unable or unwilling to provide follow ups. You have been warned...

I went into the Decatur office on 6/29/2022, spoke with the receptionist as to WHY they wouldn't return my calls OR answer their phone.
Her reply was " but we do answer our phone, NOT!"
SO here it is 6/30/22 and they STILL WON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!
It truly IS UPSETTING to be a patient and they seem like they DON'T CARE.
DR. HO, PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO SOLVE THIS MATTER, PPLLEEAASSEE!!!!

My uncle tried calling this office back today(11-19-2018) to try to reschedule his appt and couldn't get through. He asked me to try calling thinking it was his phone service but turns out it is a number not working. I certainly hope they do NOT try to charge him for not calling yo change his appt because he most certainly did try calling several times as did I. They called him this morning and he tried to call back after that and could not reach them.

10-19-22 calling all week. No one still answers the phone or returns my messages.

They don't not answer or return phone calls. Been trying for almost 2 weeks.
