Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The service was fast there was only one other person in line in front of me. when I got to order the experience was smooth everything was made as I ordered it and they were fast getting it ready. Would definitely recommend this place to get something fast and tasty to eat. As a small side note however, I will say that at the beginning of February 2024, they were completely out of ice cream cakes at this location and they only had one ice cream cake when I went there this last time towards the end of February 2024.

I go here very often and some of the workers really need to learn custom service while we was waiting to pay this is how we where greeted for a long time before i start the video

I visited the drive-thru for ice cream on a hot day. The line was moved quickly. I ordered a banana split which filled the container to the top and was delicious. The service was efficient, personal and genuine. I would definitely recommend.

Cleanest Dairy Queen I have ever been in. The server/order taker/ cleaner never stopped wiping down counters tables handles. Their food is always prepared well. .

It's a good place to go and we like it there.

Very good food and very relaxing enviroment

This is one of the cleanest, friendliest DQ locations I've been to. About 2 miles off I-79 but easy to get to.

The best dairy queen around, hands down. Super polite staff, hardly ever a wait - the only problem about not working in Elkview is being unable to go here for lunch.

I absolutely love this DQ but the managers son needs an attitude adjustment. He is so disrespectful to her. Son or not, she should Fire him. And yes he was screaming at her in front of customers. Totally disrespectful to her, the company and the guest.

They make a great birthday cake. Their food is also excellent. Best dq in 50 mile radius.

The best DQ in the Kanawha Valley. Service was great. The cake order was perfect. I will return to this location.

The food is always hot and fresh tasting. The prices are pretty decent for the amount you get. The variety of dessert options is also pretty decent.

Had a great time with my son grabbed some food. Would come enjoy some dq here anytime.
