Logan in the paint department helped us tremendously! He does a great job at explaining what paint will be best. He has great customer service! Truly appreciate his customer care!

I’m from out of town (WA State) visiting my mother-in-law in West Virginia for Christmas. There are always a few home improvements/repairs needing attention when we come to visit. In this case a kitchen cabinet needed attention, a faulty shelf bracket was the culprit. Lowe’s (Summersville W VA) to the rescue. At Lowe’s there is no end of cabinet hardware but where is the little part I need?

Enter Jeff Nichols, assistant manager. Jeff took the time to walk me to the specific, aisle, bay and drawer. Not only that, he knew that this part might not be a perfect replacement but could possibly do the job with a minor modification. Beck at grandma’s house the repair was made and now the shelf stays put.

I was very fortunate to encounter some one with such in-depth knowledge of the store’s inventory, and bonus points to deal with Jeff who obviously understands the true meaning of customer service. Lowe’s is in good hands with Jeff on staff.

We’re currently getting our bathroom redone and Jason Lay helped us the entire time. He shopped with us to find exactly what we wanted and needed, he gave us good opinions and overall was extremely nice about everything. He definitely deserves a raise!

Honestly have to say this store has some awesome employees very kind and very very helpful

They usually have anything you need for the home, yard & garden. It's a nice store but sometimes (not often), but sometimes it's hard to find someone to help you locate stuff.

I shop there the past few days two times three times the employees were very nice and helpful help me with what I needed and showed me where it was at they were very nice

I stopped shopping at the Summersville Lowe's 2 years ago due to rude and unhelpful employees and management. I shop at the Fayetteville or Beckley
Lowes which is a huge inconvenience for me. Today I was in a pinch and needed some things fast so I went in with a long list of things i needed. To my surprise I had the best experience I've ever had at ANY Lowe's. I was greeted by a very pleasant lady named Crissy at the paint desk and she spent over an hour walking with me and helping me find everything on my list. She went above and beyond to make sure i was a satisfied customer and She was an absolute delight. Because of her I will shop here more often now.

Great variety of products. Not many knowledgeable associates on duty when we were there but I would still recommend the store.

Bought some building materials for a friend and they gave me one hell of a discount.. Can't say enough good things..

Customer service is the best. But it's gotten to where no one is around when you need help

I love Lowes and Harbor Freight. Basically any "MANS" STORE I ALWAYS END UP LEAVING WITH SOMETHING 😂

Good. But I just saw that I was charged 3 times for a $1500 refrigerator. My wife caught it and so did Lowes I think. She said that two charges were pending to be removed. Other than that, I love the place and the people working there.

It's Lowes. We seem to be in here every day or twice a day buying something.

Went to paint department and was immediately greeted by helpful young lady! Was there n and out in 20 minutes. She also told me about paint brushes so I purchased on of them also! I wish I had noticed her name because it was the best service I have ever had at Lowes!

I was recently in lowes and had the most sweetest cashier named Cindy. She greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. Will definitely be going back.

I live in South Dakota and my family as a whole decided a great Christmas gift for my grandmother was a new refrigerator - fast forward we purchased and had it delivered to her neighboring town. This was on the eve of Thanksgiving this year... little did we know we got a "dud". The fridge broke overnight ruining all her hard work for Thanksgiving dinner!

I called Michelle the Store Manger and told her the happenings to which she was very understanding and apologetic. We immediately started going over how to make this wrong a right. I forwarded an item number which nearly matched the unit we bought and she was more than happy to price match and set an emergency delivery!!! I am beyond pleased with the attention Michelle gave to the situation and my families hardship.

*Side bar Thanksgiving was still amazing and successful due to my families resiliency*

100% have me hooked. I will be making all purchases for my family from this Lowes!

This store has some of the nicest and helpful staff. My husband and I bought wood right before closing time, got to the parking lot and realized it would not fit in our car. The staff stayed open and cut the wood to size so that it would fit in the trunk. I highly recommend this place. Staff is always willing to answer questions and lend a hand.

The staff here is as always absolutely amazing. I will get to know you my name most importantly they will get to know your dog.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. One employee walked with me across the store, to find the exact item that I needed. And then he described the various options they offered. The cashier was friendly prompt and accurate.
