SureStay By Best Western Summersville

I'm always worried about staying in a motel versus a hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with this place. Damian, the guy who checked me in was absolutely amazing. Wonderful personality and very knowledgeable of the local area. He gave me a great recommendation for dinner. Every Hotel should have somebody like him working there. He is definitely an asset to the company. The rooms were clean, extremely clean, outside of the hotel was quite clean. I will most definitely stay here again next time I am in the area

I was pretty grumpy and pretty short, but the front desk night staff was really nice and patient. Rooms were nice and as expected for the price point.

Clean, well-appointed room with comfortable beds. No table to share a meal at, but that's a small thing. Staff was friendly and courteous. Had a great sister weekend.

Such a great place to stay for a one night stay! Room was clean, beds comfortable and the price was great! Will Definitely make this our stop hotel every year when traveling south! Damian was such a nice welcome after a long traveling day! So happy we booked here this year!

We had a room with a king bed which worked for us do to a walker was being used, giving plenty of room to move around. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well stocked. Check in was easy. The staff both at night and in the morning were friendly and helpful. When traveling by car will definitely stay here again. The breakfast satisfied our needs.

To start with, the room was very clean, neat and tidy. The staff service was exceptional and I would specifically would like to mention Tom. He was unbelievably kind, and provided great information about the weather that day and directions for the trip ahead. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay!

Better breakfast 😋 then super 8 and a rest full nights sleep and the staff is nice and so sweet everything is new also cleaner then super 8 the woman that's head house keeper really knows what she's doing for all the back brakein work she has to do I thank she needs a raise 😊 but this place is so peaceful this place is where u can kick back and enjoy the peace and quit and in joy the little things 😊.

Good value stop, dogs are welcome with a small fee. Clean beds, clean room and modern feeling. The 2 double bed room felt huge. One critique would be I'm not sure I'd trust the refrigerator to keep anything too cold.

Staff was so friendly. Beds were super comfy and room extra clean. If I could change one thing it would be better pillows. But that's very minor. This is an excellent place to stay. And very affordable.

Excellent customer service, very clean room, great area with tons of stores 6 miles down the road to grab food and Starbucks coffee. Room was so clean even my wife who has bad OCD was even impressed. They also have an elevator at this location to get to the upper floors which is a huge kudos. Would recommend if you are in the area for great rates, great rooms, and decent food this is the place.

Tom gave excellent service, definitely deserves a raise.

After a long day of driving, my husband and I pulled into the Sure Stay Hotel, uncertain since the name was unfamiliar. The staff was pleasant, efficient and very helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable and attractive. Carla, the manager, made a fresh pot of decaf coffee just for us. Breyer, at the desk, had us checked in very quickly. We had stayed at this property previously when it was a different company and it was very disappointing. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful; the room was large and clean, with good blackout drapes and nice carpeting, comfortable underfoot; the bed was very comfortable; shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure; breakfast was simple but plentiful, with enough variety to meet our needs. Overall, a nicely kept hotel that was excellent value for the price.

The rooms were very clean. The shower head had great pressure unlike some other places. The staff was great. You won't be disappointed staying here.

I had to get a room for my sister and her boyfriend they was very helpful! I booked through Priceline which was a disaster but once again they was very professional and went above and beyond. Thank you alot!

This is an excellent spot to pass through when passing through West Virginia. They have a reasonably great set of amenities and wonderful staff who are genuinely attentive to providing a quality stay for you and yours. When bringing matters to the attention of the staff, such as a clogged drain, they are quick and happy to fix it. They also offered a free continental breakfast during my stay, which significantly added to the overall positive experience here.

Literally just stayed the night didn't use anything except for the bed but it's a pretty cute room and clean. It's nice that they have their own doors to exit right out to your car don't have to walk through lobbies to get outside I liked it and have been to a lot of different hotels so I think I would definitely say hell yeah and it's worth the money only paid $75 and again especially if you smoke it's cool because you walk right out of your bedroom to the outside

My friend and I were driving through Summerville WV and it was the first motel we saw. The rooms were updated and clean, the bathroom had everything you would need, and the staff that we met were friendly and helpful. After we checked out I realized I didn't have my watch/medical ID on me, and when I called they had already found it and had it at the front desk. Would stay again.
