Wonderful customer service. My mother has shopped here for years and has always been very impressed. I was very impressed with how diligently they worked with me today to get me properly fitted into new tennis shoes.

After buying several Nike's Ti's from the big named stores in the mall and having them literally bend my toes even after the employees say they were for wider feet I decided to go to some professionals. Staff was super knowledgeable, watched the way I walked and told me about my arches. They had a few pairs of shoes that would fit my style foot. Normally I buy off looks and if I wasnt in a store like this getting to try them on I wouldn't of normally purchased them but after walking and running around a bit after purchasing them I sure wish I would've come sooner!! They are so comfortable to walk and run! Thanks for the awesome shoes, highly recommended with a great selection and nice staff!!

We went by today searching for a new pair of shoes for our 13 yr old starting cross country. The service was OUTSTANDING! They sized him & asked tons of questions before ever even pulling shoes to try. He tried on 4 or 5 different ones and they explained why each one felt different. He fell in love with a pair and couldnt believe how much better they felt. Bonus... They went out of their way sharing their knowledge/experiences of marathons & most importantly ENCOURAGING a young beginner runners dreams! We will forever be customers.

This is the first time I’ve purchased sneakers in my life with the knowledge of On The Run. They sized my feet properly and for the first time In 2 weeks I have no heel pain.. Very Highly recommend.. Loved them so much left with one pair and ordered a second before leavening!

Very very Honest & Ethcial, Jacob and Hailey were very helpful. I had many questions and they took care of them all and gave terrific PROFFESIONAL recommendations. On that note I would recommend to any avid runner as well.

Haley.was. great! Super informative and helpful from the second I walked in. The other employee was helping a customer while I was being helped and he seemed very knowledgeable as well. Overall a really great experience, very pleased! Definitely recommend.

Love getting my shoes here. I walk in and explain what’s going on with any pain I’m having or how much I’m running etc and they pull a few shoes they think would work for me and I always have the best experience with their choices. They look at your step to see if they can identify any issues. They also let me use my student ID for a discount. Great place and will not buy shoes anywhere else!

Can't say anything bad about this store and its staff. They always go above and beyond while helping you select the shoe that is right for you. Probably why I've purchased at least 20 pairs of shoes from them over the last few years and I'll continue to purchase from them.

Helped me get properly sized for shoes and grabbed a real nice pair of running shoes. Never heard of the brand but after a month of running in them they have helped tremendously to help my legs not hurt while running which has improved my time. Thanks to the staff here for the help and the patience!

Great Service. Knowledgable. How every business should be. I was out shopping for running shoes for my 16yr old brother. We were running late and they kept the store open and didnt rush us at all. With their extensive experience they were able to determine which shoes would be best for his running style and feet. I explained to them that his feet size changes frequently as he is still growing and they kindly helped us go through the sale / mark down shoes. If it has to do with running related shopping, this is my only shop!

Wonderful Customer Service and Knowledge of what shoe will work best for your feet. No matter your fitness level. I’ve spent so much money in the past on the wrong Tennis shoes and will come back for my next pair.

I have very wide feet. This store carries shoes designed specifically for folks with wide feet. Not just a wider version of normal shoes but shoes actually designed for wide feet. The service is top notch as well. Be prepared to have great service when you come here.

Excellent personal experience. Shoes here are pricey but worth every single penny. Best shoes I have purchased in years. They really help you find what works for you.
