Allstate Insurance

Went in to this office and transferred account here and set up auto debit on checking account. Have been with them for a few years. Noticed an auto debit on my checking account for 260$ apart from monthly debit. They said they charged this because they didnt have a current email.

When i called this office they had no idea who I was and told me my account was managed by an office in Fort Worth. I then switched insurance companies and cancelled my account after multiple phone calls. Now they keep sending bills telling me I owe them more money. I switched ins co prior to auto debit which was then cancelled.

Watch your back with Allstate - they will pelt you with paperwork that is indecipherable and then charge you for it.
