Kelly and Jay were super helpful and super nice. Kelly and Jay helped my fiancé and I design our living room. Highly recommend this store as we will shop here to furnish the rest of our home! 10/10 highly recommend!

From start to finish I found Head Springs Depot to be awesome to work with. The delivery guys were so kind and right on time. They did a fantastic job getting the couch and console around a tricky corner and set everything up for me.
I'm so happy with the style and quality of my pieces for my office. Will definitely be buying from them again.

The service and quality that you receive at this Furniture/Decour store is phenomenal! With a background in customer experience they get an A+ in my book. From the greeting and sales process I felt no pressure and knew I was getting the best quality and custom-made furniture. The representatives that work there were patient and had great product knowledge. Without them saying anything I knew they were non-paid commission teammates that love what they do.

(Chris and Matt) where our delivery truck drivers. One word to describe these two guys is joyful. They were slow patient and kept everything clean, organized and was above my standards... (I’m OCD) truly extraordinary from start to finish. I’m looking forward to buying some more beautiful pieces!

We visit Head Springs Depot every chance we get. I love looking at their newest inventory whenever I am in the area. We bought a chair from here and they have offered to hold it at their warehouse while we are renovating our home. We will absolutely be back for more! I truly could never sing their praises enough! Since 2015, I have furnished two homes with almost all HSD furniture. The quality of the furniture is better than anything I’ve purchased from anywhere else but their customer service is the reason I keep coming back. It is absolutely unmatched.

Here’s some examples (keep in mind I’ve had well over 10 major purchases here). Recently an item I ordered was running behind (not their fault but the manufacturers) and they let me have a loaner for the weekend because we were having guests in town. You won’t find that kind of service anywhere else. Even the delivery team is top notch!!! They are extremely pleasant, respectful, meticulous and careful. One time the delivery guys were setting up a bed and discovered a piece they needed was missing. They explained what happened before they left for their next delivery and let me know Someone else from their team was on their way with the piece. They came and delivered the missing piece and finished setting it up within the hour of the delivery team leaving. If I had ordered from any other store, I would have probably had to wait two + weeks with a bed that I couldn’t use before I got the piece I was missing. They always exceed my expectations.

I don’t care if I could find the same furniture somewhere else for cheaper, I would still come back to HSD to purchase Bc I appreciate their service that much. I will forever be a repeat customer and you should too!

We were in there to look for furniture for my sister. She had purchased a TV stand last year and needed chairs n sofa. She found a leather chair so bought 2. I loved a couch but she couldn't make a up her mind to buy. So my husband and I went in 2 days later and bought couch for her.
Bill ? Made some phone calls to see if the delivery men could get her couch and chair delivered on same day.. THAT DAY. He made it happen ...Delivery men were FANTASTIC..2 trucks showed up same time..1 with Couch 1 with Chair..
If I lived in Franklin I would purchase ALL my furniture there.

Incredible experience from the start to finish. Laura was an absolute gem to work with in designing our furniture layout using the CAD system to show us exactly what it would look like in our old home with unique room layouts.

As everyone in the world right now, we experienced a few hiccups during the receiving process of our furniture, but the HSD team was very quick to go above and beyond in making sure they made everything right!

Our sofa arrived without the electronic recliners operating, the delivery folks were able to fix one side, and the manager was quick to schedule time to getting back out (on his own time) to accommodate our schedule, in order to fix the other side. In addition to this, neither our sofa or love seat arrived with the battery pack, which was really crucial for our layout design. But without hesitation the HSD team made sure to get those ordered and will have them installed in no time.

Please do not listen to these other folk's reviews from years ago, who are taking out the distribution world's setbacks on the retailer.
Love the furniture, and absolutely adore the team, and love supporting local.

I ordered a beautiful table from Head Springs. When we got the table home, the table wasn't in great shape. I immediately called nervous that they weren't going to be able to get it taken care of quickly but Lara came to the rescue and was compassionate and quick to make sure we were happy. She ordered a new table for me and had it in the next day. She was super responsive and made sure that we were happy. The next day after table came in, she checked in to make sure we were satisfied (which we were). Lara was not only a rock star, she was attentive, kind and made sure we were taken care of. Great customer service! I will continue going back to Head Springs for any of my furniture needs. Lara, thank you for your amazing service and for looking out for us.

Head springs Depot has beautiful quality furniture. They have amazing customer service. Kim is so kind, patient, and helpful. I will definitely continue shopping there.

Kim who gave me my original quote for a bed was so pleasant and friendly! Unfortunately, the next point of contact in sales I spoke with weeks later didn’t ensure a complete order as originally quoted which was slightly inconvenient upon discovery on delivery day. She was very nice on the phone though. Matt and Kagan made for a FANTASTIC delivery experience and I will absolutely order again from Head Springs thanks to their stellar customer service! Also Matt #2 who came out same day to bring the missing pieces!

These guys are the absolute best. I swear this has got to be the best place to buy furniture. Kim has helped us now on 3 different occasions pick furniture for our new home and she’s so sweet, so helpful and easy to talk to. Seth has remembered us each time and really made us feel like valued customers. Every time we leave we can’t wait to go back to find some new things.

Update: I received a call from Seth to set up a day to swap out the right piece, which he is going above and beyond to bring to my house. Not only do they have beautiful furniture, but they have great customer service to be willing to fix a mistake! Thanks for making this right!

My wife and I had a great experience until it was time to pick up our furniture. We received the call our order was ready to pick up. I confirmed we would pick up on Saturday. We drove over 2 hours to the store only to find out one of our pieces was in their warehouse at another location. The solutions offered were 1. Take a similar piece that was at the store, 2. They would meet us at the Tennessee state line to deliver it (which would still be over an hour drive for us), or 3. Come back at another time to get the right piece. Ultimately, we ended up with a piece we didn’t like as much to avoid the hassle of trying to line up a truck and make another trip.

Always a great experience at Head Springs. We bought a really nice table from there that rocked slightly. They had it picked up, fixed and redelivered all on there dime. You have to appreciate a company willing to stand behind their products so strongly. I would highly recommend them for quality furniture.

The nicest and most knowledgeable people you would ever meet. They have have excellent quality furniture for all budgets. Whenever we need furniture we always shop at HeadSprings. Bill helped us pick out our leather couch. He has helped us a bunch of times and we are grateful for his expertise. Thanks Bill!

We’ve bought lots of furniture at Head Springs Depot and have always had an excellent level of service. We really like all the furniture we’ve gotten their, it feels like actual furniture, as opposed to the disposable stuff you get so many places these days!

This is by far the best furniture stores I have ever purchased any furniture from. From start the finish the staff was unbelievably courteous and professional. They went over the top to help us with anything we needed and we are in love with every item we have purchased from there , which now is 4 different pieces. Also there delivery team was unbelievable and the nicest most professional delivery guys we have ever dealt with. I can not recommend this store enough 5 stars from me every single time!!!

Best customer service/shopping experience in Williamson County. They go out of their way to help. Great selection that is constantly growing and changing. Best bang for the buck for quality items, furnishings, appliances etc. We have purchased small items and some larger items and been very happy with the service. They are so helpful in saving you money.
