Diplomat Specialty pharmacy became Optum about 3 months ago. 3 refills of speciality prescription and 3 times they can't ship correctly. Asked specifically each time if they can ship FedEx to a FedEx Walgreens, said they could. Each time they have shipped UPS so order doesn't go to FedEx pickup but to the pharmacy counter. Twice it took the store a long time to find it. Presently they cannot find it, a many thousand of dollar drug. Optum email says delivered but there is no tracking number, and all website says is it has shipped. Can't contact them on weekends so I'm stuck waiting to find out where my LEUKEMIA medicine is.

If you need botox for a medical condition and need to go through Briova, good luck. My experience was comical they were so incompetent. After trying for 3 weeks, sending a FAX and 3 calls from my neurologist, they would still not send my 100 units. I have up and called Krogers. In 24 hours, Krogers had my botox ready. Briova is a joke, but if you like humor that causes you anxiety and rage, they are your guys

I work for one of the top writers of a particular specialty medication in the State of Tennessee, on occasion I have to use Briova pharmacy because they are contracted thru the patients insurance...I have found them to be negligent, non compliant to the doctors specific orders, inefficient, and uncaring as to patient safety. They do not communicate with the patient or the doctors office in an effect manner, and cause all kinds of problems, so from now on if I am directed to use them I will be personally petitioning any Insurance company that is contracted with them in an attempt to get an exception to use another pharmacy. EXTREMLY UNHAPPY WITH THIER SERVICES.
