Dillard's

We were shopping in the Men’s Suit Section at Dillards. I had a wonderful experience working with Christopher to find the perfect dinner jacket, pants, shirt, and tie for my husband. His recommendations were spot on and the colors perfectly complemented my dress. His choices were fantastic and made the whole outfit come together beautifully. The store is very clean and has lots of nice options and variety. My dad and I went in to get my mom shoes and the staff was very kind in helping us find the perfect ones. She loved them!!

It was a nice experience. The staff was friendly and the store are clean. I bought for my sweet wife quite a few things like perfume and bags.

Excellent staffing in the men's department. I love the ability to shop online and in person, depending on the situation. The staff really knows the merchandise; rare in this day and age.

Wendy at the Lancome counter is fantastic. She definitely understands excellent customer service as well as represents Lancome very well. I will use this store for all my cosmetic needs.

The lady in the women’s perfume area in the Tom ford section was very friendly. She helped my husband find the right for him. 100% customer service!

Went looking for a cocktail dress, while they had nice dresses, everything was geared to teens. Need a more mature selection

Quality, still ylish clothes and shoes. There its 9a guy who works on the shoe department who is a 5 star employee.

Great selection of brands in the store. They also have alot items on sale. I do recommend the Dillard's American Express card.

Shopped here while on vacation. We don't have a Dillard's in Wisconsin. I loved the women's clothing department!!

I love this store and it's customer service except for the shoe department. I'll never buy shoes there again, and the manager present for Xmas 2021 season was the absolute worst I've ever encountered, especially since it's a more upscale shopping experience. That's unfortunate, given the vast amount of shoes I've purchased there in the past. Otherwise, the Dillard's experience has been A+++++

Extremely helpful and happy staff. Great deals when you time it right for the sales. Store is clean and very well organized but the real star of the show is the staff.

Went to the mall looking for a nice cardigan for my wife. After going into several stores, we ended up in Dillard's (where we should have started). Mary found exactly what she was looking for, and while it was more that I would have preferred to pay, it's the same brand as a lot of her other dress outfits, and it's good quality. There was a brand associate in the store who helped us find it, and that made it even better. Overall, this store is very clean, well lit, and very inviting....and I'm not big on malls.
