belk is an absolutely gorgeous store. Their quality of items is superb. You will find everything you need for anyone on your Christmas list! You will find excellent deals on quality brands too. Definitely worth a trip to the mall at Cool Springs.

Came here after late lunch for some last minute Christmas presents. Store was busy but not crazy Sales staff through out the store were very friendly, curtious and helpful. Especially with trying to get the most of in store discounts. The store was very well stocked and orderly. Much better than a couple other Belks in the surrounding area. But with the holidays, traffic is natroshrous. Get ready for long traffic waits.

had a extraordinary experience with Darren in the men's clothing section. they didn't have any of my sizes for men's pants. he went absolutely above and beyond to help me look for pants. he was very knowledgeable and informed me on the names of certain areas of a pair of pants. He was telling me about the belk app, price matching and discounts. due to covid protocol, they didn't have any changing rooms available. but he found me a place to try on pants❗I ended up ordering a pair of pants from him and can't wait for them to arrive. I really hope they fit. I will definitely be shopping there again in the future.

We have a tradition of shopping at this mall during the holiday season! We always go to Belk! We usually find good parking and easy mall access!

I’ve only shopped here for their deals on men’s suits and dress attire. The gentleman that works that department is exceptional in every way. He’s helped me pick out three suits in four years. It’s nothing like a dedicated fitted suit shop but for a quick three piece it works for me

I drive 45 minutes, past two other Belk stores to shop at the Cool Springs location. Much larger selection than other stores.

Frank, who works in the men's suit section, is worth the drive alone! His enthusiasm and attention to detail leaves every customer happy.

Good selections, fairly organized and neat!

Belk is a very large department store that is very clean and well organized and well stocked. They always have coupons for dollars off and every few months a charity sale which is a good way to buy gifts ahead of time for deep discounts. I recommend Belk's including their online ordering for shipping or pickup. They are very quick with both.

Shopping at Belk on any given day is so rewarding the associates are very kind and helpful. I have observed When one clerk has a line of customers ready to make a purchase, another clerk will either open additional register or direct shoppers to a waiting checkout register. We love that type of service.

Great shopping experience. Store is clean, bright and the merchandise is well displayed with plenty of room to walk around. Fitting room area is bright, lots of space and clean. I found exactly what I was looking for in my size. Belinda was a great check out person. She got me a Belk card in a couple minutes which saved me 20%. I will definitely shop here again.

I needed a new suit. My wife and I shopped all over Cool Springs (Franklin, TN) and Green Hills (Nashville, TN) finding complete disarray and confusion in several major department stores.
Finally, we went to Belk, Cool Springs, (Franklin, TN).
Not only was everything nicely arranged and organized, but there was a courteous salesperson to help us.
In short order we found the suit we were looking for.
