Yo I am super happy with the golf shop here, everyone is extremely nice and friendly, they even got my golf grips regrouped the same day and were super helpful in buying my new driver. Thank you guys!

I just want to commend Dick’s Sporting Goods in Franklin, TN for hiring such an amazing young man. I was helped by a young man name Wade. He was so genuine and so kind in helping me today. It’s people like Wade who makes the world a better place and your shopping experience a pleasure. Love his superior service and contagious smile!

George helped us in the golf department, and he helped us with a new golf club set, and giving my son excellent pointers to improve his swing and stance. I highly recommend asking for George to help in golf department. He has great stories too!!

They were extremely helpful! The assistant manager was extremely patient, while I made a rather extensive purchase during their closing time. The register associate was equally as patient. My bank was giving me problems with my card. I had to call the bank twice, in order to process and validate my identity for payment. They were ready to go home but patiently waited on me and my lengthy transaction. Managers name might've been Dillon.

George helped us find the Pickleball equipment we needed. Friendly and helpful.

Bought a couple adult bikes and a bike rack, arrived to pick up the order and Daniel the manager was diligent and kind enough to assemble the rack without even asking for help. Great customer service initiative!

I placed an online order for curbside pickup due to the pandemic. I had a discount code and a large order that included a kayak that I needed the next day. As soon as I placed the order, there was a glitch in the system and it cancelled my order and voided my code after I had put my information in. I called the store and the manager Danny was very nice and professional. Although the store would not be open to public until the next day he said he would take down the sku numbers and hold everything for me for the next morning and also give me the discount that I was supposed to receive. When I went to pick up the order, the associates helped me load it up and get everything strapped in. When I got home I had a couple more questions before taking it out on the water. I called back and Danny was happy to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my purchase and how helpful this store was to me. Thank you!

Came it to get some Nike Monarchs 10 Wide, went to the back after checking the sales items on the racks outside and voila. A wonderful young man got my attention, told him I wanted the most boring shoes some white Nike Monarchs in 10 wide and he said one moment I'll go get a pair for you. 2 minutes later shoes, tried on and perfect fit. Wandered a bit for fun and then to the front and remarked to the store manager up front that they were busy and doing well. He was pleasant and I inquired about shoe inserts and he said right in the middle in the back with the shoes and off I went back to the racks. Found a couple of nice pairs and went to the checkouts. The clerk was smart and updated my profile online and took my cash to pay out the shoes and out. A great experience!

Was assisted by the store manager(Jeb) on Saturday evening while visiting the store and he's truly a top notch leader. Very personable and great overall experience from the whole staff. Will definitely be returning in the future!

I've had a fabulous experience every time I'm in this location, only one I know of and where I live. Usually only needing 1 thing, typically shoes for my boys and Root is always so helpful, funny and kind. However this past Saturday I was in apparel (not where the big guy works, shoes are his thing), and I needed assistance. I didn't see anyone close by except for Root, he was so generous as busy as they were to juggle helping me, (even using him as a model b/c my boyfriend is a ht.) and his customer he was assisting in shoes. Super friendly every time I'm in, and they've upped there game on the front end as well it seems when you go to check out. LOVE IT> and SUPER CLEAN!!!

Convenient to interstate 65 in cool springs Franklin ten. One of the safer strip malls in the area. Dick’s has a wide variety of all sports supplies. Except fishing but then again. Fishing is not a sport lol.
Golf. Baseball. Basketball hiking canoeing
They have what you need at a good price
Masks required. Clean and an efficient check out
Curb side pickup... yup

The young lady at the register was pleasant and assisted me with my return. She then contacted the shoe department so they could help me get a replacement. Jamal was awesome. I was very pleased with the service I received today!

I couldn't find a place to write this review on their website, but I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Daniel and Easton who were working back in the shoes! They were super knowledgeable and even honored my coupon that wouldn't go through at the main register. One of the best sports-store shopping experiences I've ever had. Thank you!

Had a good experience here when I purchased my garmin watch. I actually had purchased originally from the Dicks in west nashville, but needed to exchange as the color was a little to girly. Got the black one. No questions and nothing to crazy. Just handed my receipt over and I was out the door in minutes. They really did a great job on the exchange and did not make me feel like I was doing anything wrong like other retailers have in the past.

When representatives care more about helping you than selling you something, that’s integrity.

What I needed wasn’t sold here, but I was kindly pointed to a store that would have it. All my experiences here have been pretty great.

Went for some new shoes, I have back issues. And went to see if someone could help and jarreb was the best help! Took his time and showed me the beat options and was so helpful my girlfriend ended up getting sized and we both found shoes that feel great! Turns out we were wearing the wrong size! Go here and ask for Jerreb!

Awesome guy, Root helped with a baseball glove and was all about making sure my son was totally happy. Made the experience of losing an old glove (4 years) much easier.

Great service and associates that helped me with my kayak purchase were outstanding!
