Kroger Pharmacy

I have been using this pharmacy for many years and their service, follow-up and professionalism have always been great. We also use them for our vaccinations. The staff is attentive, friendly, professional and helpful. They stay really busy but I rarely have to wait very long in line when I go to pick up my prescriptions. It's a joy to have this essential service so close to home and in the same place where I do my grocery shopping.

Was told my prescription would take 30-40 minutes to process so I confirmed my number to be texted when it was ready. Almost 3 HOURS later, nearly closing time, I go to the counter to check if I'll even be able to get it that day and they find it in a pile. Seemingly they were not particularly interested in getting it done and I only got it because I asked again.

I will not be returning.

I have been a Customer at kroger pharmacy on Columbia Ave. For about 5 years now! Problems didn't start till a new pharmacist came in about a year and a half ago! It seems like after she came no one in there smiles anymore! And last month is the last time I will ever use this pharmacy! I take 2 medications that can be refilled every 30 days. On the 31st day when kroger will refill them I was told that I have to wait till after 2pm to pick up my medication! I take my medication at the same time every morning but it's not like they care! The old pharmacist and staff used to fill them the night before so when you got there in the morning they were ready to be picked up! I understand everywhere is short of help but I was told that the little clinic prescriptions in the morning take priority over my refill! Not to mention they messed up the schedule of my two medications getting filled on the same day nor did they care! I have always been polite and nice every time I have ever came in there! It's really a shame because I live a mile away from this store and have always done business with this kroger location! I have taken my business to publix which will fill my medication on the 30th day so i don't have to go without medication and not to mention they are actually cheaper and friendlier! I just feel like someone needs to know just how bad this pharmacist is! I will say the pharmacy tech ladies were all very nice!

Have prescriptions sent here… only had a few hours on the holiday weekend. Now waiting til they open at 9… but guessing they don’t be ready. Wish I had gone elsewhere.

My prescription was sent in yesterday morning. In another hour they will close and it will have been two days and still no prescription. I am going to ask them to send it to another pharmacy to be filled. Employees don’t know how to smile, I guess it hurts.

Tried to pick up a prescription, waited 15 min with a dozen people in line and one worker present. Didn’t have all night so guess I’ll try again. Hopefully it will go better next time. You’re best bet for this location is try to find a time with no one in line otherwise you’re going to spend a fair amount of time waiting.

We came to get Covid-19 and flu vaccine.
Alyssa had a horrible and disgusting attitude…Last year we came here too and the lady was amazing, this girl’s attitude is way beyond nasty…
We’ll never come back here again.

Looking for a new Pharmacy been without my heart medicine for 3 days the pharmacist didn't seem to give a hoot and so it's time to switch
