FLOW Aquatic Wellness

This place is AMAZING! The aquatic therapy and blue light therapy help me feel better. Lisa is a wonderful water therapist who goes above and beyond to make sure you're getting the proper movements. So far, I love it here.

I have had plenty of massages in my lifetime but hands down, I just had the best massage of my life!
The staff here are incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable!

I am waiting on a double lung transplant. My doctor suggested to me a low impact workout I found flow and I couldn't be more happier. The staff is friendly courteous kind and they can attend to your needs. They also offer personal training workout physical therapy in pools. Along with massage therapy. Without a doubt I highly recommend flow.

This place is awesome. The owner is not just your therapist, she is way more & then some.
Everyone is awesome in what they do. So many choices to help you become a better you & help you heal. But the trick is you need to want to help yourself be that person. Check it out.

Went for a therapeutic masage and it was great! I'd been looking for someplace closer and wanted to see how FLOW wellness masage worked. Mary did the work and knows what a sports body needs. The masage to my joints and full body was great, but then she worked on my throwing arm and shoulder (I'm a 57 yr old baseball catcher) and I could not be more pleased! The cost was very affordable and they will work hard to fit your schedule. This is no back scratching and light easy rub down (it could be i guess if you wanted it). But if you're an active man, young or old, and want a GOOD rub down by a trained person that knows how to work out your entire body if you need it - look no further. The facility is clean, Mary is a true professional, easy to get to and safe lot to park your car. This place gets 5 stars EASY.

Lisa is a purple unicorn. She has taught me how to work out, effectively and correctly! I can do so much more physically than I could have done a year ago prior to conditioning with Lisa.
