The buying process was amazing, smooth, and absolutely no hiccups. And the customer service with getting our vehicle serviced was also 100% five star worthy. I was not disappointed and we made the appointment and cleared our whole day thinking we would be there for a while and we were only there for about an hour and a half. we were given our receipt of what was performed and we are thoroughly happy with our purchase and our service. Highly recommend this dealership when purchasing a vehicle or for any kind of service being done on your vehicle. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that my next vehicle purchase and my future services is being done, will be done at this dealership and this dealership only , the staff is amazing throughout the building.

Everyone was friendly, inviting and helpful. The process was as quick and simple as possible. We worked with Reggie and found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. We were able to schedule a time to come in and he had everything ready to go for us. Our new car was parked right up front, full tank of gas, with a fresh detail, looking amazing! My sales rep was amazing, my finance officer was amazing and the sales manager who I did not get to meet in person unfortunately helped to all make this buying experience one of the most pleasurable memories I will have of buying from a dealer. The salesman Alex listened to what I said, the parameters I needed to be in and helped me to stay within my price range. My finance officer Brandon really sweetened the pot for me and I was ecstatic to find out about the warranties and APR. They made it one of the easiest and fastest turn around times I've had, thank you again guys! My wife and I are loving our new 24' silverado!!

Joseph Gates our car sales person did a wonderful on showing us different trucks and explaining the different options on those. He also took care of everything when we decided on the truck we wanted. Went in kind of knowing what we wanted. JD came out and greeted us. My wife and I were ready for the “normal car dealer experience”. Pressure, upselling, blah blah…. After talking for a minute JD brought us in and just started asking questions. Why are we buying, what option are must have versus nice to haves etc…. He ended up pulling around a Silverado Trail Boss with all the right options. Ended up buying the truck. Never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Dealt with Shawn in the finance office. Normally where they start trying to sell you the extra warranty products. He asked we declined and that was it. Easily the best car buying experience we have had, period.

We had an appointment and went to this dealership on Saturday to look at a 2022 Mitsubishi outlander SEL. The whole experience from the appointment scheduling, customer service, and financing was 5 star service. Stu our sales representative was great to work with! We ending up deciding to purchase the outlander we came to look at and the financing process was painless and these guys are willing to help you get your payments where you need them to be. Couldn’t recommend them more!

A very wonderful experience. The salesman asked us to call him Mr. Bow tie. Well he was very patient with us, especially with what we were wanting and what we could afford. We drove almost 2 hours to see a certain car. When we arrived someone was test driving it. Well Bow tie came to our rescue and showed us a beautiful traverse. Everything we wanted but was a little over our price range. We worked on pricing and he was so respectful and kind even with us being a little tired and cranky. We ended up getting the Chrysler voyager that we originally came to see. Awesome guy. Definitely will be going back when we are ready to trade in! Thank you Bowtie!

Must admit, had a bad experience here before and swore away from ever going back. However, we were looking for my daughter a good starter vehicle so we gave it another try, and could not have been more pleased! The staff was super courteous and helpful and made our buying experience very pleasant! Jamie (bow tie) was awesome!!!

While waiting to get my vehicle 3 employees were just sitting in their office talking and laughing I had to ask excuse me can someone help me with getting my vehicle oh Rian"s at lunch ,so can one of you assist me, we'll we guess so it took 15 minutes just to pick up my vehicle like I was bothering there laughing or something very un professional ! I just bought this2024 Camaro Rossana is the perfect sales lady very professional helpful and nice go to her for your purchase you won't be disappointed she's awesome!

I have purchased multiple vehicles here over the years and always had as good and experience as one could expect when buying a car. I have also used the service department here for multiple vehicles over the years and must say for a larger dealership they generally do a great job. If you're not in a hurry there is a large comfortable waiting area with complimentary drinks and snacks. Of you're in a hurry they are perfectly fine with you dropping off and picking up when convenient. I'll be back

Rian was awesome. He explained to me what was wrong with my vehicle in a way I understood. I expressed that I didn’t want to do all the services. He wasn’t pushy trying to have me do all of them. I loved that he was honest when I asked which service was most important to do first. I didn’t have the money, so I’m glad he didn’t make me feel like I had to explain myself. He also made sure I knew updates on my vehicle. I wasn’t just waiting wondering what’s taking so long.

It has been a long time since I have been to an auto dealership to service my car. I tend to stay away due to a perception that their prices will be higher than other auto shops. But I recently had to have my truck serviced at Chevrolet Buick GMC of Murfreesboro and was pleasantly surprised by the cost. It was lower than I imagine it would be. And the service was much more personal than anticipated. Next time my truck needs service that is where I will go. They have a new happy client. Steven the Service Advisor was great to work w/ as well.

Took my 2018 GMC Terrain SLE Diesel for some services and had a great experience. My Service Advisor was Steven, he answered every question I had and kept me informed. I will request him every single time. 10/10 would recommend.

The entire car purchasing process was so easy. Alex really helped us find the best deal and understood what we were getting into. I recommend him to anyone that is thinking of buying a GM vehicle.

Great people and a very good price.
I called to see if they could replace the tires on my truck and connected me with Larry in parts. Larry connected me with service and a day later, I drove there to meet Kyle, my service advisor, who was great.
The facility is very nice and has free snacks and drinks while you wait.
Almost unfortunately, I didn't have to wait a long time before Kyle let me know I was all set.
This is the kind of service that I wish I could get back home in South Florida!
