Our salesman Brandon was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful with a no pressure attitude. Very honest and open, which was much appreciated. We will ask for him again when we need more furniture! People could take lessons from him about how to treat others. It’s very hard now days to find someone like him. Most people are lazy, don’t care and are not friendly at all. Brandon is in the right field for helping others and making them feel good about their purchase!

Daniel was awesome! I knew we needed a new mattress and Daniel greeted me when I walked in. I told him what I was looking for and he took me to check about 5 or 6 after he understood what my needs were with my back. I purchased one this morning. Daniel provided excellent customer service and I was in and out in a relatively short period of time. My new mattress is being delivered tomorrow!

I went in with my mon to look for a sofa and loveseat and Brandon asked if we needed any help finding anything. We told him we were just looking and he said he’d check in on us and left us to wander around, look, and try things out for ourselves. Occasionally, he would check in and when we found what we wanted, the purchasing process was quick and easy. He was very helpful without badgering or trying to push any certain products or price points and I really appreciate someone who lets you look. I can’t wait until my new sofa and loveseat are delivered.

We were in the market for a new mattress. Eric was our salesperson and was very knowledgeable about the different products. He was very helpful and made our final decision an easy one. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We just bought two sofas and a mattress at Rooms To Go. Good value for the price. Claudia was very professional and knowledgeable. She gave us a good balance of personal attention and time to ourselves to wander around trying out sofas. When we were ready to buy, she explained our purchasing options thoroughly and clearly — and without having to look anything up. I’ve done plenty of sales in my time, and I think Claudia is one of the best.

We went to Rooms To Go looking for a recliner. We were immediately greeted by Brandon when we walked in. We told him what we were looking for and he took us to a chair model that met our exact criteria. He was very friendly, professional, and patient with us while we figured out the logistics of getting our chair home. He was so helpful and kind during our visit. I am so thankful we were able to find the perfect chair on our first stop in our recliner search. Thank you, Brandon!

Claudia was the best sales person! She really listened to our needs and concerns and was able to steer us to the perfect couch as well as get us the best deal! She is very informational and very personable. Will be going back to her in the future!

My husband and I went to rooms to go, just to look around. Was approached by Kenny who respectfully gave us the space I wanted. Went back to purchase and Kenny was amazing, literally had me in and out under 30 minutes and made sure my delivery was set up within a week. He’s friendly, easy to talk to and knows what he is doing to make the process quick and efficient. THANKS KENNY! Made my Mother’s Day such a breeze.

Claudia was a huge help in finding furniture for our new apartment. She was patient, a great listener, and we felt no pressure what so ever. When we didn't like something, she didn't suggest it again. She conveyed nonbias information for each item we looked at. We were able to choose a matress and couch. They were delivered on the same day, and we absolutely love them. The pop-up sleeper in the couch is wonderful for when guests stay the night or if we all just want to sit with our feet up while watching tv. The extra storage is great for keeping blackets nearby. The Scott Living matress is so nice, along with the adjustable bed frame. The lighting helps us not bump our shins into the frame when one of us is returning back to bed in the middle of the night. We will definitely do business with Claudia again.

Really love this place, has perfect furniture and pretty pieces. Best quality ever! And Brandon was amazing, top tier employee.

Glynn was absolutely wonderful. He really took the time to get to know me and help me decide on a mattress that would be supportive after being in a motorcycle accident. He showed me tons of options on everything I was looking for until I picked the right bedroom set, couch, TV stand, and mattress. Definitely will return when I need more items for my place!

I had an amazing experience at the Murfreesboro location. Claudia helped me get all my ducks in a row and got me in and out in a flash. She presented all options for me as far as payment and the pricing for each option I could choose from. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. Claudia was absolutely amazing! She helped us complete our living room set and went above and beyond for us. She even went as far as to pull lamps from one area of the store to another, to make sure we liked the way it looked. We will definitely be working with her again in the future. Shopping at RTG was such a great experience. Sales associates give you the space you need to look but are never too far away when you have questions. Claudia was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t wait to get my new couch!

We went in shopping for a sofa sleeper and Claudia was a huge help in helping us find what we were looking for.
