Issac is the best! I stopped by for an upgrade and he was answering all the questions I had, and was even able to help me find promotions that I wasn't aware I was eligible for! The rest of the staff were also helping other customers and everyone seemed to provide a great experience!

I went to this location and had a great experience. Issac and Mo were very helpful. I told them my budget and they gave me different options to choose from. They were very informative and patient with me as I asked many questions. I would definitely recommend this location in Murfreesboro. Great customer service!

People lemme tell you about my best friends!!!!!! I have had a rough week with this here cellular device of mine and was turned away on 12/18 at the medical center location and told that there was nothing they could do for me and to call tech support. So I called tech support and and they sent me to the location on south rutherford blvd and there I initially met Kenneth who was a huge help and very polite. I went home and still experienced some of the same issues and went back the next evening and agin Kenneth was a huge help and he was just as polite and kind. On Thursday 12/21 when my phone arrived I had the pleasure of meeting Mo and Dominique who were very helpful and super informative. Finally I got a working phone and Sim car that stayed on the network even when I drove away from Wi-Fi. Even though they were slammed with customers they made me feel noticed and that my issue was a priority. I know this store may not be a favorite because of location but it was definitely worth the time I spent and would recommend this location to all my friends and family. Kristin was very kind and friendlly when I came in. She helped me to the best of her ability until my paper license wasn't accepted and she couldn't go further. Carlos, the manager, took over from there. He truly went out of his way to assist me and help me get a phone within my budget. Although they were extremely busy, Carlos took care of my phone needs and transferring all my information over. I feel that the entire store is very well ran, clean, and neat. Thank you Kristin and Carlos for being so friendly and for your great customer service skills! It was well worth the switch from Verizon to T-Mobile because of yall's kindness and patience.

Kelly is the assistant manager of this location and she was fantastic!! Shes very sweet, attentive, and made me feel welcomed! We need more people like Kelly W. !!!

Walked in today with my girlfriend and so far we aren't disappointed with our service. I remember using MetroPCS back in the day, but this was before T-Mobile phones started using Sprint's towers too, so I'm pretty optimistic about my experience using their service to come. The staff was also very courteous and knowledgeable during the process to get signed up today. Would definitely come back to do further business.

Great experience on this store. Dee and Maquinita (I think that's the name sorry) were amazing. I was having a bad day and they made everything so simple and easy. Thank you so much for the great customer service.

The service provided by Trey was exceptional! Patient and understanding of my issues and hung with me as we tried to resolve them. Knows the systems and how to make them work. A real asset.

They will find a way to get you what you need at a price you can afford. They even let me stretch my first bill out a couple weeks later than the maximum.

Man If you are looking for a good store this is the one the staff is nice they know what they are doing and they help me port all my contacts and text from my old phone and when I thought I had lost my picture Amanda and Katie did their best and got all my pictures even the ones I thought I had lost I am making this my home store from now on thanks for the good service 👍😁👍😁😁😁😁👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
