I can't use enough superlatives about my experience at the Cool Springs Office Depot in Franklin, TN. Zach and Jonathan are assets to Office Depot - both professionals who know their business and their product. It was one of the best printing and shopping experiences ever.

They are always very helpful. Thank you to the manager last year and the manager today for helping me get as many wide ruled comp books that he had in stock to provide to children at a school selected this year. Not only will they get comp books but also crayons, pencils, folders, glue, loose paper among other things thank you again i will definitely see you next year for my supplies. But of course I will come in the store before next year.

Today when most businesses have forgotten what customer service is, my local Office Depot ROCKS!! They went above and beyond to be helpful, provide product AND excellent value.

The Office Depot in Cool Springs had a great selection of ringed binders I was looking for that was less expensive than what I saw online... Easy to find binders and Sharpie Blue Ink Gel Pens... It's the only Office Depot I know about near me since they closed the location on Old Hickory / Nolensville Road in Nashville and the one in Brentwood near the TJ Max on Franklin Road...
