Store Local have employees that are on site and always helpful whenever needed. They usually answer phone calls or if making rounds will call back within 15 minutes. Fantastic people. The storage units, we have 2, are always clean, heated and cooled. Good working elevators and many moving carts at the ready for our needs. This is truly the best place for storage.

Zenaida Was very helpful. She introduced herself immediately, listened to my concerns and suggested solutions that would be the best for me. She is an excellent communicator, and explained what I needed to do to Set up a lease and get moved in

Zenaida in Franklin was very helpful and explained everything to me very clearly. I was in and out and done in about 20 minutes after looking at 3 different spaces. I am pleased with the pricing as well.

When it comes to storage facilities my needs are simple: easy access to the entrance; good lighting; wide aisles; and convenient hours. I wish this business was accessible 24 hrs/day but that seems to be something fewer and fewer places offer. I’ve never had the lights go out on me and when I occasionally need to empty the entire thing to find that one box in the back there’s plenty of aisle space to work with.

Zenaida was extremely nice and made the process of unit transfer quick and easy for me. She also checked everything twice to confirm things were correct. Nice to have somebody there who knows about customer care.

Zenaida is always kind professional and handles issues with goodness and grace. We’ve had a few hiccups over the 4 years we’ve been storing there, she by far is the best to deal with. Their elevators were out, so she offered help to move the items up the steps, we added a new unit recently and arrived and it was locked (movers waiting) they are closed Mondays and she showed up and apologized, any little hiccups or questions she takes care of them! The units are clean and climate controlled. I think the storage prices are a bit crazy and annually they increase, which isn’t great, but all in all this is a great clean safe place to store your belongings and you couldn’t ask for better service fRom Zenaida
