Alpha Mini-Storage

Had to find a spot in a bind, was not only the most affordable in the area it happened to be best location. Rick knows how to communicate with his customers proactively. As a veteran this is very much appreciated. Its good old fashioned AMERICAN customer service. Would not recommend going anywhere but alpha storage for anyone shopping the area.

Rick goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are happy. My storage unit has been great and the price is very fair. Could not recommend more!

I can't say enough great things about Rick with Alpha Mini-Storage! We were in a bind to try to find a place to accommodate our rv at the last minute. Most places were booked, overpriced, or couldn't fit our rig. Rick was not only accommodating but incredibly helpful and just a phone call away if we needed anything. The location is perfect because it is close to town and the facility is secure so we felt confident our things were safe. I will be recommending Alpha Storage to everyone! I've been renting from Rick at Alpha Mini-Storage for a year now. I could not be more pleased. The unit is great, the price is right and its a safe place. For several months, I needed to park a boat there and Rick was able to accommodate my request without hesitation. When I didn't need the outdoor space anymore, I didn't get it moved before a new month started but Rick refunded the last month anyway. He didn't have to but he did. That's great service.

Rick was great to work with! My band rented a unit to use as a rehearsal space and it was perfect. If we ever had any questions Rick was quick to reply and he has the best rates around. The units themselves are great too; we had a larger unit and then later on switched to a smaller one, and they were both exactly what we needed. Would definitely reccomend to anyone needing to rent space!

Rick at Alpha Mini-Storage is and has always been a straight shooter. He keeps his lot clean and free or debris. Rick is easy to get in touch with with speedy returns of calls if a message is left. I have rented from Rick on and off for a few years and honestly I can't think of a better experience. He is always very responsive if you need something and accommodating if you need a different unit with better access for vehicles. You won't find better priced and convenient mini storage in Franklin.
