Chris and Lorraine at Bassett Cool Springs are just wonderful! The manager Chris honestly the best customer service person I've ever met and is just a pleasure to deal with. We have ordered quite a bit (a few different orders over the last year). It's easy to be pleased with a company when everything goes right, but it's usually when something goes wrong that its true colors show. I can definitely say Bassett and Spritz (some sort of relationship there, with Spritz doing the deliveries) got us taken care of when a couple of human errors happened. Fortunately, Bassett of Cool Springs provides reliable date estimates upfront, so it's no surprise if it takes a while between when you order and when you receive your items. As I understand it, most items are custom made after ordering. I wish Bassett was a bit faster on the manufacturing end, but it's definitely worth the wait for items that'll last for decades to come and getting to order them through people who are so great to deal with and take care of their customers.

We had the best experience here. Kathy was amazing and knew her stuff. We never felt pushed. This was our third attempt on finding furniture that fits our needs and has the quality to last. We found that here. Even our delivery guys were AMAZING!!!!!! I would highly recommend Basset of Cool Springs!!!

Mrs. Cathy was amazing to work with. She invested so much time in helping me find the right piece for our living room after experiencing a nightmare with another store. She helped me with layout options for the room, fabric choices, quality choices, measurements. I mean, she went above and beyond just simply selling me furniture. She was kind and patient and just super lovely to work with. The couch turned out great. But even better was my experience with her!

Bassett furniture met and beat a competitors price that I found after we decided on the custom couch, loveseat and recliner. Ryan Logan is the best furniture salesperson that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She provided knowledge, hospitality and scheduling details and went over and beyond for our complete satisfaction.

We began our purchase process during the onset of COVID and while still living out of state. The website was excellent and easy to understand. Cathy Meadows guided and assisted us for many months as we planned, selected and purchased our furniture. She stayed in frequent contact throughout and called us the day after each delivery to see how we felt about it. She offered expert advice and was very skilled in identifying out tastes and needs. My wife and I recommend her and the store without reservation. Oh, and the furniture is amazing and everything we'd hoped it would be!

We had a wonderful experience working with Cathy Meadows at the Cool Springs location. She was so helpful and honest. She was not pushy at all and we left feeling like we had made a new friend. We are very happy with our purchase and will definitely be paying Cathy another visit soon.

Kathy was so kind , helpful and oh so knowledgeable ! With Kathy's help we were able to pick out some lovely furnishings & fabrics for pillows. She even was able to help us with choosing a paint color for our cabinets with her knowledge of paints!

I was very pleased with the service I was provided today by the two wonderful gentlemen that delivered the sectional I bought from Bassett Furniture. They were congenial and courteous, as well as, professional. They took extra care in handling the furniture as not to damage anything while carrying this large sectional upstairs. They placed it exactly where I wanted it. I could not of been more pleased.

Sales person (Kathy) was superior! She spent a lot of time with me picking out fabric and placing the order. She called to inform me that the order was ready for delivery and schedule a delivery. The delivery process was top notch, with plenty of texts and emails to remind you of date and time and the process the day of delivery. Delivery was perfect-within the one frame and a phone call when the truck was headed to the house. The staff was professional, courteous, friendly and handled the furniture with care. Grade A+ from the first visit to the store to the furniture being placed in my den!

Just got our furniture delivered today. Amanda was so helpful in putting it all together and helping us get everything we needed within budget. The delivery was also top notch. The gentlemen were courteous, professional and cleaned up everything behind them. I’d definitely go there again!! We recommend this place to anyone needing furniture!!

I Recently purchased a chair from this store. My sale's person, Betty, was the best. She walked the store will me two or three times while I sat in chairs. She was so patient and helpful as I made fabric choice. The help was much needed as there was such a large selection.

Betty facilitated scheduling the delivery. My chair was ready early, delivered promptly and the delivery guys were friendly and professional.

Excellent experience. Sales associate was helpful and knowledgeable. She took time to listen and answer all questions. She was able to direct me toward furnishings that met my taste and needs, and offer quotes with all available discounts. Delivery was timely and furniture movers were very careful and professional.

We had an excellent experience ordering our sofa. Chris worked with us to understand the options and fabrics. We also took a swatch home to see how the fabric looked in our home. This will be my first stop the next time that we need furniture.

We've ordered several pieces of furniture over the course of several months. The experience from start to finish (delivery) was great! I was sort of waiting to be disappointed, but was gladly surprised to enjoy the whole process. The store manager, Chris, is great as well as the other staff.

The springs in one of the chairs we bought in 2011 broke the other day. I called, and they sent a man out to look at it. When he noticed that we had four identical chairs, he had the company to pick up all four, and repair them. He said at the time our chairs were made, they used plastic clips, and it would only be a matter of time before they all broke. I was so pleased that they made the effort to repair them all. The men who picked up the chairs, and the men who brought them back were all very nice and respectful of our furniture. I would highly recommend Bassett of Cool Springs. Their customer service has exceeded expectations.

Shannon Walker is a wonderful sales person and great to work with. She helped me find the perfect sofa-sleeper with a great pattern & pillow color combination. Extremely pleased with the service and product. Exceeded my expectations.
