I've been happy with Shoe Carnival for decades.

I was looking for a particular shoe. A guy who worked there asked me for what I was looking for. He took off, and I am so used to bad customer experiences at places that he just took off. Several minutes later, he returned to show me the different offerings they had. I wish I would have got his name. It was on a Saturday at around 5 or 6 in the evening.

Very well stocked store. Staff answered all my questions. Was disappointed that the wheel spin thing didn't have discountals, just points.

Found very good pair of work shoes at a good price. Sales staff was very helpful getting me what I needed on my way to work. Couldn't check out the whole store this time

Friendly staff, easy Google Map directions and a sale! I'll shop there again.

Amazing selection for people with big feet they had many what size 14 to shoes from got me a badass pair of new sandals got through the line really quick and had a very efficient staff they were thorough I'll be back decent prices too

Very good selection of shoes and the prices are awesome.

I was greeted by multiple people when I walked in & told "goodbye" when I left. That to me is a sign of good customer service. The shoes I wanted were a bit too expensive but I'll come back to Shoe Carnival to look for something else because of the good feeling they left me with.

Was assisted by a tall red headed lad named Alex. He was super friendly & very helpful. Went in to get Crocs for my daughter & he helped her find her dream pair! She has very wide feet & it's hard to find a good fit. Alex took time with her, explained how Croc sizes work & even helped her find some cute little charms to match! I truly appreciate his help. Kudos to Alex!

Took grandkids to Shoe Carnival in Murfreesboro TN. Great customer service reasonable prices.

I had to bring an online order in for a return. I was greeted at the door they put my returns behind the register so I was able to shop prior to doing the return. Also did trivia and won extra $ off my purchase. Helpful attentive friendly staff, and the store was clean and clutter free.

As a general shoe store, Show Carnival provides an abundance of popular styles and footwear types at varying price points. Overall, prices are affordable. Inventory seems to be well supplied while offering enough stock to accommodate for varying sizes.

For those needing speciality footwear, certain name brands, or high-end selections, you may not find what you're needing, as they are a general store. However, with that said, Shoe Carnival excels in its market.

Staff are friendly and welcoming, and my experience was certainly good.
