Publix Pharmacy at Kensington Place Shopping Center

This pharmacy is actually really nice, the pharmacists are really cool and personable.
Also, the GoodRx coupons for Publix pharmacy are the cheapest out of every other pharmacy in this town, so if your perscriptions aren't covered by your insurance like me... this is your pharmacy.✌

Also, bring your pill bottles back when you're done. They melt them back down to make more bottles, which is really great.

This store is awesome for grocery shopping, very well stocked, exceptional staff both at the pharmacy, as well as the supermarket!! Such a refreshing and welcomed experience. I recently had "all" my family's prescriptions "transferred," to this friendly and most efficient pharmacy!! Excellent overall experience for most all of your family "needs!" SUPERB...

I have used this parmacy approx 20 years, but today I am switching! They cannot "find" my scripts about 50% of the time! Frustrating calling back & forth to dr. And them, wasting the drs, and mine! This is it!

I can't recommend this pharmacy. I had been getting the run around for a whole week before my last visit when they finally told me that the script they were supposed to be running had been fully canceled. They had my number. They knew I was expecting some notification one way or the other, but they decided that a typo in the original script was more important than their many failures to communicate anything whatsoever. If it were just the one time, I could overlook the problem, but the last several prescriptions also came with headaches. I won't say it's all of the pharmacy techs at fault. I've met some nice ones. But the way this place is run? Two thumbs way down.

It is getting difficult to find a quality pharmacy. I had Publix request a refill on a drug I have been taking for years and they say the doctor denied it. If the doctor had denied it, I know that I would have been notified and told why. The pharmacy didn’t even notify me that it had been denied. The pharmacist was very nonchalant about it and was not concerned that I would be doing without it. I have found that information you receive from this pharmacy is not always correct, and I have had to talk to the district manager to get the right information. What a shame!!!

Just had surgery and the pharmacist refused to run my script for painkillers thru insurance properly. Told my husband that I didn't need it for 7 days and that he could get it covered for 3 days then if I still needed it I could get another script from my doctor. Who is he to say how long I need them for. I think the doctor is more qualified to make that decision.

This Publix pharmacy has goofed up our prescriptions month after month. It's definitely time to look for another pharmacy. Too bad, because this one is nearby.

They never phoned me to let me know my prescription was ready once I lost my insurance they wouldn't even let me get my free medicine there.
