I had a wonderful shopping experience where the store always had products in stock, was clean and organized. Heaven was incredibly helpful when I was looking for an item, displaying patience and kindness. Colbey assisted me in calling for help with a large item. The staff and service were both excellent! What's more, the staff pleasantly surprised me by price matching the online price for the item I purchased.

I really like shopping at Target. 🎯 We were passing through and stopped at this one. It was clean and bright and everything was well organized and in place. When I got to checkout there was a large line, but Angela checked me out with a small remote card reader. She scanned all my items and I was on my way out the door in no time at all. Great experience. I only had about 10 small items.

I have shopped at this Target since 2004 and love it. I mostly use the online ordering and the pick up at the store these days. The customer service is always great and my order is accurate. Target as a company has always been one of my favorites. I hope that this company always puts both it's customers and employees first and takes social stands that are progressive and supportive of all the communities that make up the larger community.

Former lead Maria from Starbucks has outstanding service. She does amazing work for everything and everyone each time I come in. Even when there is extremely busy days, I can see the amount of hard work this woman puts in each time I am there. Good Job to this Woman. I have noticed FAKE reviews on this person that are by all means not true and she is absolutely stunning with her performance. She would never treat anyone with disrespect nor do such things that I had seen or read in these reviews. They are disgraceful and someone is out to get her. Thank you for Maria for your service!

I ordered online using Target Circle and I selected pick up. After the purchase I had a question. When I called the Guest Services the Associate was welcoming and knowledgeable. She answered my question which helped to reduce concerns I had about a discount that I hadn’t applied correctly. The pick up time was less than an hour. There was not a wait or delay. The Associate I spoke to over the phone remembered the call and was able to continue assist me with finishing the purchase. I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received at Target today. Thank you!

I purchased a charging pad for my phone, and ít was actually slower than my corded c charger. So I didn't feel the need to keep it. So I wanted to return. It, but I was unsure about electronics refund policy. To my surprise I was acknowledged right away from the customer service rep , then when I stepped up to the service desk she very pleasant and eagerly took care of my refund. Very friendly and professional staff.

I love their products && clothes. The fitting rooms are always clean && organized. The employees are very kind && super helpful, whenever I have a question, there is always someone nearby ready to give me an answer. Target has been && most likely always will be my favorite department store.

The Target location in Murfreesboro is always clean, nice flow through the store, well stocked. The parking lot stays packed which can be deterring, but it’s just so busy because of how convenient and nice the store is. They also have quick and easy drive up ordering available.

I order Target pickup almost weekly. Super easy, always friendly and fast! Out of all my orders only 1 has been wrong (left out 4 or 5 items) but was quickly corrected. Will continue to order pickup as long as it's offered. Their app is super easy to navigate and offers coupons on items.

Sometimes it's hard to find a worker as I'm walking through the store, so if you have a question, make sure to ask one of the employees near the entrance.
Also, make sure to check if their online price is cheaper, they will price match it if it is.

Other than the mixup, my experience was wonderful.

Phenomenal customer service!!! Specifically with Stephen and Rhonda in Guest Services! I was very happy to have their assistance and they were a HUGE help in what I needed to purchase on behalf of my company. I was in need of 65 $15 gift cards, which was quite a task, and they didn't hesitate in the least to assist me. They did it all with a smile on their face and I was grateful for their helpful and positive attitudes! So thank you Rhonda and Stephen!!!! :)

Paula checks me out promptly and pleasantly! She is a great asset to this store. All the staff is great, but I really like getting into her short line.

It's clean, organized, and the associates are friendly.

I picked up my online order and when I got to the car realized that the shoes in the box where not the shoes that I ordered they were ones that someone had put in place when they stoled the shoes out of the box. I brought them back in and they took care of the return no questions asked and got me new shoes also

The store is clean and the staff is courteous and helpful. The product is on the shelves and racks and not in a disarray. I know people may have problems with their recent socio political stance on a certain demographic a few years back, but come on, this is a decent place. Seriously, I have never NOT liked coming to Target. The product is good, especially the towels. I love the bathroom merchandise here better than any other.

Quick trip to Target today. Easy to park, easy to find my items and easy check out! It's a win on Wednesday!

Great target. Clean and great people who work there.

Customer service is awesome at this location, minus one of their male managers who walks around with an attitude. Tried to return an item for a "store credit/gift card," and he wanted to argue with me. I then asked to speak with a manager and he quickly through it out that he was one. He pulled another manager over to side with him, but she did not. Which is why I stated in the beginning, "awesome customer service." Every other employee there has a smile and great attitude! This is my first stop when I need to do some general shopping.

I love the Murfreesboro Target store, but the people who shop there… absolute slobs! Careless, self-serving child-like, clueless zombies!! People just threw clothes on the floor, products were everywhere!! The store gets great reviews because they have to tolerate you, the slobs of Tennessee!!
