I love this little shop. It's easily accessible on Hwy 96 and Three French Hens moved in next door. They have beautiful things here, old and new. Lots of gift items, candles, tea towels, mugs, etc. Everything is displayed beautifully. Prices average for the area. Lots of unique finds! Highly recommend!

Clearly I have a Faded Farmhouse obsession!!! Not only can you find awesome stuff inside the aesthetically pleasing store in Arrington but also once a month at the Franklin Market. The whole staff including the owner who is always there for his customers are top notch, very helpful and always with a smile. So if you're ever in the Franklin/ Arrington area swing by and visit this AMAZING place because you are guaranteed to leave with a smile.

They were so helpful in helping gather the greenery for my entry. My first attempt at arrangements and we love it! Thank you so much!! Will be back!

The Faded Farmhouse is full of cool and elaborate pieces for the home. The owner is very bubbly and is willing to help anyone with anything they’re trying to find and the cashiers are very nice as well. I cannot believe how great customer service is here! Although there are some high-priced items, they are also highly coveted and are made of the best materials possible. All of the stuff here is of the best quality and I would recommend to anyone to shop here.

My wife and I were referred to the faded farmhouse in search of some unique home decor. When we arrived we not only saw unique items but we were greeted by the owner Matt, to whom we chatted with for quite some time! We enjoyed our experience so much and appreciated Matt’s enthuiastic attitude in helping us find our pieces. My wife loved the natural cotton and the way it was displayed. You get what you pay for and you will defiantly leave with at least one piece you fall in love with! We are true fans and appreciate small businesses like this.

As a licensed Interior Designer I cannot say enough fabulous things about this store. Has so many unique treasures and was the forefront store for all things farmhouse industrial in the Arrington / Franklin locale. Always look forward to my next trip there and love the thrill of the hunt as I never know what I'm going to find. The Customer Service is off the charts and reminds me of growing up / working in my father's family pharmacy. If you don't believe superb customer service still exists .. shop here, you'll leave a happier person and your home will thank you!

This has become one of my favorite places to shop! I can’t say enough about the friendly service and the wonderful selection of things for my home. Fixer Upper is one of my all time favorite shows and this place has so many of the things I see on that show. Arrington is quite a drive for me but it’s definitely worth it. I can’t wait to visit again. 💗

When I walk into a boutique shop I expect friendly faces and quality service and they never disappoint! They have helped me multiple times find items to finish off my home making it feel warm and beautiful. Thanks to Matthew and his amazing staff for helping turn my house into a home. I couldn’t have done it without them. I highly recommend you visit the Faded Farmhouse and his other shop, Gentleman’s Stache a couple doors down. Finish your shopping with a visit to Arrington Vineyards down the road and you’re sure to have the perfect day!

What an amazing store! Me and my fiancé visited And it was by far the best store in the plaza for home decor. The owner was so helpful. We wanted metal baskets for our kitchen and the owner went out of his way to find us the best distressed looking baskets! The staff was warm and welcoming . It was a win win for me and my fiancé as the store catered to both of our taste.

This place is a Williamson County hidden gem! The staff is super friendly, and what’s best: the owner is there to personally greet you and help you with anything you need! (That’s something you don’t find when buying at a chain retail store) I can definitely vouch for the quality and style of the items sold there, and would most definitely encourage you to shop The Faded Farmhouse! Oh...and while you’re at it, check out its sister shop: The Gentleman’s Stache!

Love this place. The owner is always welcoming and helpful, as are his employees. I’ve gotten everything from cotton ball stems, to jewelry, to a vintage American flag and refurbished nightstands here. Wonderful taste and a small business I gladly support.
