Fichtel Pharmacy

The most amazing pharmacy around town, we left the bigger pharmacies and started going there about 6-7 months ago. They are on top of all of mine and my husbands medications. Chris and Melissa are always the most polite and friendly. They will answer any questions u have about anything u are unsure of. I'm so glad we go there now.

I just had the pleasure of meeting Chris & Melissa at Fichtel Pharmacy. They were so friendly and helpful and were able to fill my prescription immediately. This pharmacy gives you the personal service the bigger pharmacies do not. . I am grateful for their help in my time of need and am looking forward to a long relationship with Fichtel Pharmacy. I highly recommend using them you will not be disappointed.

This pharmacy is amazing. They are the absolutely best people and take such good care of me. On top of it all, they deliver. Their delivery people are the best too. I cannot believe I stayed with Walgreens as long as I did. I did not know how bad it was until I left. Ann White

I am new to this pharmacy, I have been with Walgreens and Cvs in lavergne for many years. The customer service there has really gotten bad. When I tried this pharmacy I must say I will never go anywhere else again. They are so nice and service is excellent. Thank you for all your kindness

Friendly and very helpful. I love the fact that I don't have to speak to robots when I call them. Melissa is always so friendly and kind.

Some of the nicest folks. I love this pharmacy. Hometown feeling not like these old national chain pharmacies. I recommend both locations to anyone.

Truly a great pharmacy. The staff are so friendly and welcoming each and every visit. They even remember my needs and preferences and often, if they had seen me pull in or walking up, will have me ready to check out as soon as I walk through the door. They feel like part of the team, people you can trust. Thats very important to me for pharmacies and doctors.

Absolutely the best pharmacy ever! So professional and so sweet and caring to customers and my lil girl adores a lady that works there. My four year old drew four pictures while we were waiting just for her an she actually hung up her pictures! I recommend an refer this amazing group to many! Great job 💜💙😀👍

Highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone who lives in the area. Chris and his team are amazing and will go out of their way to make you feel like you are valued as a customer. I will never have to use a chain pharmacy again, thank goodness! So glad I have found them!

I went to Walgreens for years & absolutely hated it! When this pharmacy opened it was a blessing!!! Chris knows my name when I call 😊 He keeps all of our prescriptions filled at the same time each month which was a huge deal for me. He also lets me know his plan for our prescriptions if he notices a holiday coming up & he will be closed. I never have to call my doctor if their is an issue with any of our medication. He does it for us. I highly recommend Chris at the Lavergne location. You will love him!

I just transferred my prescriptions to Fichtel's today. I was warmly greeted by the owner Chris and my needs were immediately taken care of. I believe this is the beginning of a long and rewarding relationship!😄

I absolutely love this pharmacy!!!! The staff is so personable & we'll qualified. The meds are higher quality they don't crumble like most generic meds do!! They put Walgreens, CVS, & Walmart to shame!!!! They also deliver which is wonderful for a disabled customer like me!!!! If they had 10 stars I'd make all 10!!!
