At Home

Went into At Home in Franklin on 96, for a specific kitchen item. They had exactly what I was looking for. Proceeded to enjoy looking at all of the new spring inventory. Love this store for decorating my outside spaces. They had just put birdbaths on display. Saw one I loved. An employee, Belinda, was filling them with water and started with the one I was interested in so I could see it in action. Well, it was the only one in the store, and no date for more to arrive soon. So she very kindly, along with her manager Ava, removed the water and helped me get the fountain into my cart. With a discount to boot! Completely unexpected, and certainly not required. The service exceeded all expectations.
Always have a pleasant shopping experience here, and always find what I need.

My dad HATES SHOPPING with a passion, but was very pleased when I took him here! 😃 he had just bought a wooden table and chair set for the dining room, and wanted to find accents to compliment. After visiting a number of stores, I convinced him to stop here, and after begrudgingly agreeing, he ended up picking out two sets of placemats he liked and three sets of wood coasters he LOVED (I tried getting him to buy the marble sets, but he said no 🥲) we got some snacks at the check out and celebrated our finds all the way home. The place was clean and the employees friendly, 5 stars!

This is a great store for home decorations and other miscellaneous items. Located right off of Highway 96 and South Royal Oaks where the old Kmart was. They have a wide variety of seasonal items as well. The store is typically well organized and the staff are always friendly. If you're looking to spruce up your home, this is a good place to start.

Always a Ton of stuff to browse through. Lots of seasonal choices, good stock of clearance. Their displays give great ideas to what your room could be set up like with their items. I will say though I was looking for a tack/corkboard and couldn't find one.

This evening we went to look for patio furniture cushions. We found some we liked but all the inventory was not on the floor. A very nice lady helped us by looking through boxed inventory, even though her shift was over. She was very kind and helpful. She then called for additional help from someone with a larger ladder. She made sure we were taken care of before she left. Adam helped us by looking for additional inventory. Customer service was top notch.

They have a variety of home items. I love going here when I’m ready to decorate for any season!

The store has great items and ALL EMPLOYEES there work hard. I pray that we all have some respect for those working in any customer service position right now. It is a hard job. To those who leave negative comments like the last one please consider that we dont know what the employees are going through each day. I believe I had the same cashier you did and she was kind and did a GREAT job helping me with my questions and items. I also saw that the last person who left a comment also left one about a Walmart and having to wait in line due to not many lines being open. THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE WHO WORK IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY.

I can not even put into words how amazing the employees are here. The manager (David) himself came out and helped me manipulate a couch into my midsize SUV. The cashier was so so great. I can not thank them enough for how considerate they were and went above and beyond to help me.

1st time there & I loved it! Cool stuff, funky & fun. Exactly the style I like. Average prices. Wasn't bargain basement prices, but huge variety to choose from & I will definitely drive the 60 miles to shop there again.

My husband and I were in search of a tv console and found a really great one, but it had some significant damage that we were worried about. Gabby checked us out and she was so sweet & gave us a very reasonable & generous discount without hesitation. I am so grateful to know I can have such a pleasant experience every time I come to At Home in Franklin. Where a customer’s concerns are priority.

one of the biggest home stores i have ever been to. huge selection of art, indoor and outdoor furniture, seasonal decor and very reasonable prices. I recently had to exchange something and they were very nice and the process was easy

Ce Ce was amazing! She was very personable and persuaded me to join their perks club which I am very happy to have done. It is employees like Ce Ce that make a one time customer become a repeat customer! !

The people that I worked with were wonderful and helpful. I love that the store is not all the way into cool springs so I can run there quick for what I need.

Love the variety. Usually find what I'm looking for, plus a few extra items, lol. Can be a little pricey, depending on your purchases. Store purchases in the photo are the chairs, rug, pillows, wall canvas, and decor on the stand and end table.

Wife found some Christmas gifts. I sat in a chair.

Go to for any of your decor needs! But my opinion - always have a plan and know exactly what you are looking for. Otherwise you might end up missing 4 hours of your day and $400 from your checking account. HA. Worth it!

This was my 1st trip to the At Home store. Love this store! They had everything I was looking for, and way more! The largest supply of lamp shades I've seen anywhere. Prices were great! Will definitely go back.

We were in the store for 3 hrs and just barely saw a few departments. They have gorgeous things at reasonable prices. Can't wait to go back!!! We received some great discounts. We found exactly what we were looking for.

This place has some great hidden gems. We found some fantastic chairs to go with our new hard wood table. The store is clean and friendly, and full of all kinds of great stuff.
