U-Haul Moving & Storage of Murfreesboro

This was my first time renting a trailer...and I will certainly do it again. The staff was very friendly and got me what I needed in about 10 minutes or less, both on the pickup and on the return. I may not have spent that much money for the actual rental, but I felt like I spent a lot because of the service I received. This is now going to be a must anytime I have a larger event and need a little bit more space to pack than just my truck bed. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Anyone I encounter at this location is Always helpful and genuinely nice! Much appreciated as moving was a very stressful time, but they helped me set up to get the truck I needed, pads, dolly, and a storage unit. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

I used the phone app to prebook a 5x7 trailer. When I got there to pick it up, the whole check-in process took about 5 minutes if that. The staff member was very personable and helped me connect it onto my hitch. The trailer was in great shape and I was able to haul my stuff from storage to home easily. The checkout process was just as easy. Pull under the tent. Unhitch trailer. Staff member comes out. Checks trailer back in. And I’m out of there in under 5 mins. I will definitely use this location again. Very easy to get to also.

The customer service was just amazing. They had everything we needed, got our trailer hooked up and made sure everything worked before we left. Dropping off was a breeze. But most importantly, everyone we dealt with was just so nice. Definitely recommend this place!

Today we picked up a trailer. All we can say is wow, what incredibly nice people work here. We overlooked 2 details that they immediately helped us remedy with nothing but kindness and patience. We felt so good leaving there. A big wow. Thank you.

Owners and All the staff members were really great and helpful. I went for a 10 minutes job and ended up seeing an issue from my end and it took 3 hours, during this time Josh who is one of the owner and his team went above and beyond to help me out and got that resolved. Point is, they didn’t have to but they stepped up and everyone came together and got the issue resolved. This is definitely the kind of people doing such business. You who’s reading this by now know if I’m going back or not, that’s the kind of place I would like to give my business.

If you have used U-Haul neighborhood centers this superstore will be a pleasant surprise. No waiting while the hardware store clerk finishes inventory or for the storage center dude to wake up from his nap. Everyone there today was pleasant, attentive, and quick. Best rental I’ve had in 45 years. A***** helped me and I could not have been more pleased.

I give 5 stars 🤩 there service was great and staff greets you when come in to door. They took care of me at front desk service no problem so yes I always come back to get U-Haul van or U-Haul truck Best service

It was a great experience besides getting a end unit with a huge slab so it was an inconvenience to move into another unit.

A great team. I was able to get in and out. They were very helpful, polite and has supplies on hand that we definitely needed at a very reasonable price. Definitely will use again

Had pre check in online and received confirmation number. Presented this at counter where they pulled up my information. Checkout was great. Associate helped in connecting trailer and perform pre-check on lights. Was promoted for inspection check before I left parking lot. All was good. Great experience, smooth and seamless.

They were friendly and easy to work with. This was my drop off location for a one-way move. It is also convenient that racetrac gas station is right next door.

This place showed me a whole lotta love. I thought I was on the stairway to heaven. They helped me even though i drove through a land of ice and snow to get there. I got my hitch and wiring done so I could Ramble On. Highly recommend.
