Excellent customer service! I had a Covid-19 PCR test done on two separate occasions and the folks at RxGenomix made it very simple. They came straight to my car in the parking lot, performed the PCR test through the window, and I received the results on the very same day. Very easy to make an appointment, too. Highly recommend!

After having a COVID exposure to my children I wanted fast, reliable and safe testing which is exactly what we got with RXGenomix. My children were only five and Coley made the experience easy and explained everything to them so they weren’t scared. My family and I have had several visits to RxGenomix throughout the pandemic for Covid testing, and each time Coley helped us. He was not only completely professional, but he was also very reassuring when it came time to test my then 7 year old son. He explained everything in completely age-appropriate terms. Each test had same-day results and we had complete faith in the accuracy of each test.
Fast forward to this past spring and Coley reached out to me to see if I'd be interested in a new product that the lab is offering: Pharmacogenomics PGx (I had to look that up and spell it slowly, and I'm 100% certain I can't pronounce it.) He said that with a quick swab of my cheek, I'd be provided with an in-depth report on hundreds of drugs that I could ever conceivably need. From cancer treatments to anti-anxiety, I would have the knowledge of which of these would work best with my specific genetic makeup.
The results came back in a very reasonable amount of time and Coley arranged a call from the chief medical person to go over these VERY detailed results. Dr. Liko was kind, thorough and extremely helpful when interpreting the report. They were even able to discern that I was at a higher risk for blood clots, and provided excellent resources to help mitigate that risk.
At my recent doctor's appointment, I mentioned the DNA test to my general practitioner and she was not only thrilled that I was able to get this done, but wants to be able to provide the service to her patients as well. The ability to know which medicine would work best with each of her patients will alleviate weeks of trial and error with many common drugs that she prescribes.
TL;DR 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Talked to Coley and got an appointment. Test was easy, efficient and quick. Did the test at 8:30am and got the results back same day by 3:00pm and the certificate for my trip via email a couple minutes afterwards.
Can only recommend especially if you have to rely on it for an international trip with same day turn around.

I work in HR in a manufacturing facility in Warren, PA. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit RXGenomix provided us with COVID-19 tests to help us keep our TeamMates and their families healthy and get returned back to work. Their service is second to none. I am in Canada right now because of RXGenomix. Canada does not accept an antigen test. Instead you must get the PCR test w/i 72 hours of your departure flight AND must have the results back in this same time period. Originally I went to another provider to get my PCR test and actually never got back my results. I then had to scramble and was almost ready to cancel my trip until I spoke with Brad and Coley at RXG. The day before I left, they told me to come right away. I got there, took the test and hours later, Colely called and emailed my PCR results. Absolutely amazing!!! Don't go anywhere else to get your test. RxGenomix is the real deal!!!!
