AT&T Store

The Rutherford Blvd. location is the best one in town. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They get you in and out quickly and they are very patient and kind. I love this location. It is completely different from the one on Medical Center Parkway and Thompson Lane.

George was very helpful. He was quick an efficient at helping me and my husband upgrade our phones and transfer everything over

Tatyana was efficient, great, and attentive. She was very patient and she resolved all the issues that was created by another AT&T rep. I would gladly come back to work with her.

George and David are by far, the BEST. Came in with a pretty difficult situation at hand, and they both helped me.with what I needed. The store then got crowded and they both did awesome juggling all the customers without anyone getting upset or annoyed. Great costumer service! Thanks for helping me! Sorry you didn’t get your burrito at Taco Bell!!!!

Tatyana, Zee, and Kyler were so good to work with. We had a little trouble getting everything ported over, however, Tatyana and Zee worked diligently, patiently and calmly to get everything just perfect for us. We are 4 very happy customers. Thank you for being so helpful and kind.

George and Erica have been the nicest reps I have met in any AT&T store. They helped me getting me my new phone and showed me and my mom things we wouldn’t know. If I can give this store 6 stars I will. GIVE THEM A RAISE.

Kyler was SO helpful. This guy needs a raise! There were no wishy-washy answers from him, and he truly cared about customer experience.

George was extremely helpful and stayed positive through the entire hour+ I was in this store. My phone had so many issues and we came out with a solution that was incredibly helpful. Honestly, man deserves a raise!

Great experience, the boys at the south Rutherford store, Colby& Mike, Payton did a great job helping me set up my new phone. Taught me how to transfer pictures!! So excited. Will come here if I have any questions! Great service. The manager was Kenneth & he was awesome

The professionalism and information given was wonderful. Michael had excellent patience and perseverance with transferring one phone to another. It was so bad; it had to stay overnight. Matt was also highly informative by introducing a new way my husband and I could get a discount on our services. Great location!

My dad came in a couple of days ago to switch from a flip phone to a smart phone. Colby and Ryan made his day! Colby was able to change the phones out in a matter of minutes and Ryan was able to help move all my dad’s contacts over into his new phone; saving me from having to type every contact back in. Thank you two for proving excellent customer service!

Colby was amazing we were having a hard time trying to get our phones to switch over and he stopped at no obstacle to make sure we got it done before leaving. Gave us plenty of options explained everything in a way that I could understand. 10 out of 10 would recommend this particular AT&T building and especially Colby to all my homies. Ken was amazing! He patiently set up my new phone. Entire staff as friendly and courteous while I waited. This store had such a nice atmosphere & knowledgeable staff. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future. Thanks guys!

I normally don't like buying phones. Deven made the entire experience enjoyable. He not only helped keep save a lot of money but even set me up with a new watch. Highly recommend asking for him if you can.

I came into Att store on South Rutherford
In Murfreesboro tn. Colby was the person who helped me. He was great. I got 5 brand new phones. His store managers Robbie! and Kenneth really helped out as well. They made the experience wonderful. Great conversation speedy phone transfer for all 5 lines. I would highly recommend going to this store for all of your ATT cell phone needs.
