Publix Super Market at Cool Springs Festival

So fresh and so clean clean. If you ever need sandwiches, wraps...Ask for Candice. I freaking love the Deli there. Emma was super nice. Great store

Clean and organized. You pay a little more at Publix but in exchange they don't treat you like cattle like Wal-Mart.

The Publix is a great place for me. The staffs are very helpful and very nice and friendly. When I took pictures I have explained them why I am taking the pictures. One of the sales people was posing for my camera. Thanks team for understanding. Hope, my review will helpful to other people. So, it will helpful to Publix too get more customers.
I used to go to the Publix because,
a) No questions asked if we return the products irrespective of the status
b) The people who are working always nice and friendly
c) They always understand customer’s perspective
d) For Publix, the customers satisfaction is #1 priority
e) They usually help customers to bring their items/cart to the car irrespective of the age and gender
f) The vegetables and fruits are fresh
g) Bakery is looks good. The Tiramisu cakes was cheap and good tasty.
h) Milk products are little expensive but the quality is there
i) Often you will see the deals especially buy one and get one. That means, even if you are not buying two items they will match that price is for that one item
j) The protein was fresh
The bottom line, I like to do the shopping at Publix

Publix offers a wide variety of brands in every product line that I need. Also the produce area has every fresh vegetable that I want for my salad. The self-service checkout always moves quickly and is managed carefully. And finally, the crew is much friendlier than other stores. I shop at Publix every week.

I love shopping here when I host parties, the bakery and deli is outstanding when placing orders for cakes and platters.

We went there after my husbands doctor visit .This was our first visit loved the lay out of the store everything is easy to find.We were greeted by the nice employees when we asked about different parts of the store .We ill be going back soon.

Store was well stocked with plenty of variety and very clean I really like this place ever been to a Publix before. Again maybe it's a Tennessee thing, but very friendly folks.

I love the space this store has. When home, I shop here frequently because I rather cook than eat out. I enjoy dining out but I love cooking at home for friends & family more.

Nicely setup, Deli has it's own entrance - which is nice for those grab and go stops.

As with most of this chain, a little pricey on routine groceries, but known for attractive stores and helpful empowered employees. Bogo items tend to be great deals!

This Publix is just one of the best! The Deli and Salad bar is amazing. Very popular lunch spot and the store in general has a great selection across the board. Also the best chain-grocery store in the area to get great fresh produce.

One the bigger publix I've seen. Just like the other locations, it is very consistent and friendly. I've never seen them out of anything

The layout is a little different than the original. The deli is separated from the rest of the store towards the front, which is convenient if you don’t feel like fully entering the store to grab lunch!
The sushi maker is the sweetest and even recognizes repeat customers and waves hello.

Overall a wonderful store, very clean and convenient!

Very nice and impressive! We placed our orders for a couples shower and was impressed with the meat tray and veggie wraps. Always love to shop here.

Great store. Clean facilities and friendly employees

Ordered a sandwich at the deli and I had to wait a long time for chicken tenders, and because the wait was longer than expected, the worker gave them to me for free! I didn't expect that at all, very thoughtful. The employees and food at the deli are all excellent!
