Dunkin'

I have been going to this location for 2 years now! Usually the line isn't terribly long the way a Starbucks line is. When the line is super long, you don't wait 15 minutes so that's nice. It tells me that the staff are working really hard to get orders out!

I recommend any of the holiday iced signature drinks! In the fall the iced signature
pumpkin spice latte and for the winter the Toasted White Chocolate Iced Signature Latte! You can't go wrong with either of those if you are an iced coffee drinker. If you frequent Dunkin' then you should definitely download the app because I go pretty much every day and I get a free iced coffee at least once a week from rewards points!

Bree was extremely kind to me when I came in to buy an iced coffee. I feel her customer service skills are impeccable and beyond friendly. Bree went out of her way to make sure my order was correct and was so pleasant to talk to. This location is extremely clean and well kept. Wow! I am absolutely blown away from my experience here today. The ladies working were so incredibly thoughtful and kind to me when I requested a tea for my sore throat. This past week as a teacher has been draining due to it being the last week of school, and these Dunkin ladies helped make my day so much better!!! If either of them are reading them- Thank you again! You’ve blessed my day so incredibly much.

Absolutely amazing customer service and donuts were super fresh

super fast and friendly. Did a mobile order and my parent picked it up for me, one of the fastest dunkins i have ever been to. also great hours. If I lived closer I’d be a regular thank you for making my drink correctly and going above and beyond. Y’all are doing a great job and put the other locations to shame 💚☕ Will visit again.

Best DD in middle TN. I am never disappointed when I visit here, they always get it right and it’s always fresh. The workers are amazing and I can’t say that enough! I don’t know how they serve such good coffee and food without the price gouging! Starbucks who? Doesn’t even compare. Did I mention the people in there rock?

The team here at 12:30 on a super busy Sunday was great. They were working as a team and had a hardworking attitude even with customers who decided they didn’t like what they ordered, a long line at the drive thru and a sudden busy time. My order was well made and they smiled when it was ready. Hard-working college kids are under appreciated. You all did great.

I want to say that Terra at the Dunkin on Rutherford Blvd. Had the best customer service from her. Because of her excellent customer service and friendliness I will return to this store in the future. Thanks Terra

Staff is good, I’ve never had problems with them. Love their Strawberry Dragon Fruit refresher... tastes almost exactly like SB’s version just no fruit and little less flavor but about $5 cheaper! I hope they don’t discontinue it anytime soon like the blackberry tea one they had a few years ago!

I come here every Wednesday to get a coffee and donuts they are great.

This is the first time I have ever been to this store, I love the iced coffee from Dunkin and today it was amazing. The girl working at the window (I think her name was Emily) was probably the best barista I’ve ever had. Super friendly, super quick and awesome!

Definitely will be back.

We came this morning and accidentally forgot our card, the wonderful cashier Tom trusted us to take our coffee/donuts and come back to pay him! We quickly ran home and came back with money, but we were so impressed with the customer service. Thank you Tom!!! 😄

I love their donuts and creative coffee choices! I’ve had a few recently like the banana split and such!! I mostly get the munchkins when I eat here but their blueberry donuts are great too!

The manager and team here are amazing the food and drinks are always so great. They are also super polite and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

I love Julius!!!! He is the happiest young man with an incredible sense of customer service! He always greets me by name and knows exactly what I drink. There is also a young lady named Amanda that is just the sweetest!!! Once again I greeted by name with a smile from her as well!!! Kudos to Rutherford Blvd location!!!

The only reason they are getting 5 stars is because they were trying so hard to take care of customers but their truck had not shown up and therefore they did not have much to make for customers.

Im a regular and Kyle is awesome. Our coffees are always made perfect and he recognises us when we come in (we normally drive thru) THANKS KYLE
