Dunkin'

Clean. Not the fastest but service was good. My sandwich was overcooked and crunchy on the bottom. I was working and couldn't return to let them know.

I think overall it’s a great store. From my experiences, there is usually one worker and it is a little slow but you still get your food. The food and drinks are delicious too, the store is clean and my only compliant would be the speaker since it is a little quiet.

I mean, it's no Krispy Kreme. But it's aight. They need more donut options.

The staff make this location incredible! I only stop by in the mornings and they are always thoughtful and the line seems to be handled efficiently even when there is heavy volume. Last week I’ve watched them go above and beyond to do their best while they have no AC. Apparently someone from corporate came to check on them but never followed through. I drove by today to see how they were, same situation. Someone that’s worked in the coffee industry before, heat and caffeine is a horribly challenging mix. I hope that they get this fixed soon. They’re a great team.

Awesome as always!!! Sometimes I feel they don't have a lot of donut choices... This time they were Fully Stocked!!! 😁 Loves me some Chocolate filled, Bavarian Cream, ooh yummy yummy yummy! Can't forgot that extra dark roast coffee with two shots of blueberry. And what am I saying I love all of your donuts!!

I went to the one on New Hwy 96 this morning. It was much better than the new one on Cool Springs and the one on Carothers Parkway. They were short staffed and the inside war closed because of that. However, they were very efficient and got the long line in the drive thru taken car of quickly. The other stores in this area could learn from this store!

Always great service and fresh donuts!

Staff is consistently friendly.
They happily make drinks to request. Employees remember and acknowledge frequent visitors and what is usually ordered.
That type of customer service will gain loyalty every time.
Donuts are always fabulous but other menu items are a little pricey.
Overall extremely satisfied almost every visit!

i always get my food exactly how i order it, best staff i’ve experienced so friendly fun and helpful i think the tall girl with red hair could use some training because she was sitting on the counter as i walked in and didn’t acknowledge me. left a good tip they deserved it!

Chloe is amazing. Great service. Incredibly kind. If my daughters turn out half as kind as her I'll be the happiest father of all time. Can't say enough good things about her. Oh... the coffee and breakfast sandwich were good too :)

I love that there is a Dunkin Donuts located on the East side of Franklin now. The other DD is located on the opposite side of Franklin- so far away. This Dunkin Donuts has great customer service. Raegan was wonderful in the drive thru and she always has a friendly smile on her face. Also, she makes the best iced coffees. I will continue to visit this Dunkin location just for the customer service. Five stars!

Far from a perfect location, but I can't stand people in luxury cars lashing out at employees over a $3 coffee. Corporate needs to get them some help

Best Dunkin’ Donuts in the state, food was fresh out of the oven, and by far the best customer service I’ve had. Zoey Alex and Dean were the nicest people I’ve met at a restaurant.

The service was great! Raegan brightened my day with her positive attitude! She made my iced latte perfectly. I cannot wait to visit again.

There is a nice variety of food choices, and the donuts are always fresh.

Always very nice when ordering and have never failed to fix the drink just the way you ordered it.
