Jimmy John's

I hadn't had Jimmy John's in a while, so we went ahead and grabbed a turkey Tom and a pickle for dinner. The bread was French style. They have really good bread. The pickle was good, too. Oversized. It did not take long to get the food. It was ready right when we got there. The staff are very nice and attentive. There were no issues with parking either, but on a busy day, I've seen this lot full. The price is just under $10 per person so, not too bad. I haven't had any issues with this location. I see myself coming back quite often. I'd recommend that you do too.

I messed up my address on Door Dash, I called and spoke with McKenna I think her name was. She was incredibly nice and sent my order out again to the correct address!! She was super understanding and took the time to correct the address. I am super appreciative of her & her kindness!

Good place to get a sandwich. Folks there were very nice. The atmosphere was eggshellent as well. Good spot to sit in and have a bite.

Visited Jimmy John's today for a quick bite to eat with my son. I am a business owner myself, and in my highly competitive industry, customer service is essential to my success and survival.

Consequently, I have a tendency to pay attention to the details when visiting other businesses as a consumer. Our experience at Jimmy John's today was absolutely spectacular. First of all, the team (Matt, Jay, and Josh) were all incredibly helpful and really took time to provide my son and I with valuable suggestions and guidance. Our sandwiches were delivered as ordered with fresh, tasty ingredients. The "icing on the cake" was the three aforementioned associates who made the experience so pleasurable.

We will certainly be back to this location!

PLEASE put some shades on the windows. Tried to sit at the table across from the drink machine and could not even set my hands down. Easily 100 or more degrees on that black counter top baking in the TN sun.

Other than that solid restaurant. Great service just tight on space

Fast, cheap, and delicious. Good service, they were really nice. They had an entire team making sandwiches for the lunch rust. The line went by in seconds and I got my sandwich the second after I ordered it. Faster than fast food.

Julio was so friendly from the time I opened the door until I got my food. He was filled with so much joy! More places needs a Julio!! I will be back to spend more money at this establishment.

The Franklin, TN Jimmy John’s is our favorite stop! Excellent food and even better customer service!!! If you haven’t tried the “Kickin’ Ranch” yet it’s a must! It’s so good! Thank you Jimmy John’s of Franklin for always being awesome!

U can't beat Jimmy Johns bread! I crave it every now and then. Beach Club w avocado on it. This is perfect crusty outside, softer inside bread. Not like spongy soft subway bread. There are only a couple tables and a bar in there no much seating. This is more of a take away place. Super fast and friendly. Your combo will be sandwic, chips and a fountain drink.

This is one of my go to places for lunch! Everyone is Always so nice! They knew my exact order after only a couple of visits. Plus they are super quick and the sandwiches are so yummy!

Love this location. Staff is very kind, polite and helpful when they answer the phone. Their delivery is always super fast and the delivery person is always polite and professional. And our orders are always 100% correct! :)

Fast and Friendly. Very predictable which I like. Parking lot is the worst part around lunch time. I try to go about 2 to avoid the mess!

I eat at JJ's all over middle TN. This group made a wonderful #9 with hot peppers. Highly recommend. Friendly staff
