I loved so many things in there. If i had the money i would have bought them all. I found 2 swivel stools at a great price! Quinton was great. He answered all my questions ( i ask alot) (im annoying 😁). It was agreat experience. I definitely recommend.

Very pleased with Thornhill! When I visited initially I was greeted by Luis who is very friendly. I was impressed by the selection of furniture as well! When I visited a second time with my parents, Jim was there and was also very genuine. The ladies working there were too. I found a gorgeous sofa & bedroom set that I wanted and the check out process was seamless. My furniture was delivered and assembled in a timely manner. My couch was damaged upon arrival and I immediately called the store and reported it. Within less than a week and a half, the issue was resolved and a new couch was delivered. This store has EXCELLENT customer service and I couldn’t be more pleased with my furniture. Highly recommend!

If I could put 10 stars I would. We just moved here from California and we left majority of our furniture behind because it was old lol. So we needed to buy a whole new everything! So went to 5 stores that felt like 15 stores because we had to walk look at pricing etc. Out of all the places we went to this one was it. Carolina and Billy were beyond amazing with assisting us and meeting our needs and not asking for an arm and our liver for furniture. You guys are so pleasant. We chose this location because of the people. They will help you with you needs and are patient. Thank you guys for the amazing service.

AMAZING experience!!!! Walked in and was immediately greeted by Luis. He was very helpful. Told him exactly what I was looking for and he was able to help. I brought a sectional and was able to have it delivered the NEXT day along with my ottoman. Beyond what I was expecting. The service was great, and I received communication about my delivery. Luis and his team went above and beyond. 100% recommend!!!!!!

I came in with the idea of just looking at a certain piece of furniture but after a nice conversation with Chris I decide to go ahead and place my order today. He was friendly, thoughtful and interested in what I had to say. He did all the paperwork smoothly and with a smile and was very clear about all the details of my order. I had been running around all day looking for a bed for my 3 year old and within 3 minutes of coming into Thornhill, Brock had helped me accomplish a search that had taken hours. He was very kind and helped make my purchase extremely fast and easy. I will definitely shop there again for my future household needs.

It's the customer service for me! I was acknowledged within seconds after crossing the threshold and formerly greeted (by Billy) with a handshake. Not sure if this was the case, but Billy appeared to be assisting another employee who in turn appeared to be assisting a customer (not certain)...all I know is that Billie got up from where he was seated to address my need. After telling him that I wasn't in the market for furniture and that I'd only dropped by hoping to acquire cardboard for a yard/gardening project, Billie...along with Mike (another store employee who wanted me to make everyone aware that he's very handsome) spent the next 10-15 minutes providing me with way more cardboard than I expected and information (forthcoming) regarding two additional projects. Even though I wasn't there to buy furniture (migrating towards minimalism), I still took a moment to check out their selections and would like to highly suggest that you drop in for a look-see and perhaps a purchase if their inventory suits your needs. The type of customer service I received today at Thornhill Furniture should be common place but it isn't. So grateful for the reminder that it still exists in this little pocket of the world. Thanks Thornhill Furniture! It doesn't take much, but you made my day. May the Lord bless and keep you and yours according to His will.

Brandon the manager has been absolutely wonderful!! We originally bought a sectional and when they delivered it, they accidentally cut the cushion. He has been on top of getting it replaced since day one but because of Covid it has been delayed. I have no doubt that he will take care of us. And then this Labor Day we purchased a new king bed and mattress that was delivered yesterday and we LOVE it! Great company and people. We highly recommend them and they also have great financing options that directly come out of your account once a week. Check them out if you need any furniture. They have great stuff. Ask for Brandon!

Everyone at Thornhill is super friendly and helpful! Our salesperson, Amber, was exceptionally helpful, kind and allowed us time to roam the warehouse to find our perfect living room set. She was readily available for questions when needed, without being the typical overbearing salesperson.
The warehouse was clean, organized and spacious. Some furniture warehouses can be extremely cluttered and you end up squeezing between items to get a good look at others. That was absolutely not the case here!
The movers were on time, quick & professional. They even took the time to give us a call on the day of delivery to schedule the most convenient time for us. I'm beyond happy with my experience here and I would recommend it to anyone!

As soon as my boyfriend and I walked through the doors, Ryan greeted us with a smile and excellent customer service. I never got the feeling he was trying to push us to buy anything like other places do, and he was extremely patient with us with any questions we had. Also, Thornhill has great furniture for wonderful prices! We walked in and saw what we wanted immediately, and Ryan gave us a great deal on it. I will be referring everyone to Thornhill Furniture.

From the outside... it looks like any other furniture store beckoning you to come in to over priced inventory and pushy salesmen. However, I'm grateful I gave it a chance...Otherwise, I never would have met Brock "The Huckleberry" insert last name. His space giving, comfortable to talk to, well informed personality helped me to shop local and from his store. Even if he didn't know the answer.. he wasn't afraid to admit it and find out. I'm grateful for local stores with big heart employees and Brock is no exception. So much so.. it's highly possible he became friends with my girlfriend and I that day.. and most likely would've become friends if we purchased nothing. He even went as far as to upgrade our mattress for free due to error in the finance department (not his fault or department). If you go in and do ask for Brock.. it helps to know the movie TOMBSTONE. If you've never seen that movie, stop reading this long ridiculous, well-intentioned review, and go watch it. Thanks Brock for making our shopping experience enjoyable!

Chris and Ryan were absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I just moved into our new place and they made the buying process smooth! We found a couch we wanted, Chris made us a sweet deal and we were able to set up delivery for next day! We were so excited! Amazing customer service and selection! Clay was informative, attentive and accommodating to our needs. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. We got an amazing deal on our couch, ottoman, table set, and a protection plan for the couch that makes me feel at ease about any damage with our pets. Movers showed up right on time with a truck big enough to move 2 of my apartments. They did a great job of wrapping my sofa and mattress, working quickly, but still taking care. They set everything up just as I liked. Great company and service! I will definitely use them again!
