Publix Super Market at McKays Mill Village Center

Publix is probably the best overall grocery store. The only thing I don’t like about it is the self check out they used to be really nice and they used to offer to help you out to your car and it seems ever since self check out came in it’s different. the reason I go to the grocery store is to buy groceries it’s a social thing. My uncle Bobbie was a grocery manager. It’s where the community goes and when you’re doing self check out one person is failing and trying to help pleasantly of course six people when the computer yells at them, it’s just not a good experience. I may as well do Instacart, and not even go to the store, which is inevitably what everybody’s going towards.

This is the typical good experience in Publix.
The staffs are very helpful and very nice. Here no one was asking me any questions when I When I took pictures. This review hopefully will help other customers to choose this Publix. So, it will helpful to Publix too get more customers. I love Publix because,
1. The people who are working always nice
2. They always understand customer’s perspective
3. For them customers satisfaction is #1 priority
4. You can return your items or products even though you don’t have your receipts.
5. They usually help customers to bring their items to the car irrespective of the age and gender
6. The vegetables and fruits are always fresh
7. Bakery is fantastic. They have some nice cakes. My favorite is Tiramisu. They have some great breads and lots of verity’s you can see.
8. Also, the protein is fresh. You can find some fresh sea foods. Also, you are able to see some fresh Pork and beef. I only bought chicken here which is cheap. They will cut it whatever the size of the pieces. They have verities in chicken, beef and pork
9. In total, its a good place for shopping. I recommend for everyone.

My favorite store! This store is very clean and organized. Their produce is very good quality.
Their staff are so friendly and helpful. Wednesdays are BOGO days. You can save a lot of money.

Best Publix in town. My favorite cashier is Preston, he always helps me well and throws in a few jokes here and there. The ladies at the sandwich bar always help me out, giving heaping portions and toasting my sandwich to perfection. Overall always a good stop whether your hungry, or just need a guy to talk to. 5 star

Kind and friendly people ,always willing to go above and beyond to get the product if they don't carry it.

The customer service is always great here!! I also got free flowers for the anniversary of signing up on the Publix app!

Excellent deli. Fried chicken and catfish are awesome. Staff is friendly.

When this Publix was built I lived on Dunrobin, later moved to Broradmoor, and saw the progress each week. Was a shopping guest the day it opened in 2005 and got a tall green coffee mug as a gift. Got to know some of the managers, all great people and glad to help. The pharmacy had better prices on almost every item compared to the Walgreens across the street. You may not notice the well planned range of goods per category at Publix unless you shop somewhere down market like Kroger. Per category Publix has an excellent selection to not be a boutique or very high end chain. They do an excellent job in every department. If you live in Franklin be thankful and don't take it for granted. Few places in America are as well managed and cared for. Nothing's perfect, Franklin is really close, and this Publix is part of that tradition.

Long story short - my bank blocked my debit card due to potential fraud. The cashier left my bagged groceries in the cart while I attempted to call the bank. After holding for 30 minutes, with the bank, I decided to put the groceries back and work on the problem from home.

A young man named Alex was working at the Customer Service desk. I explained my dilemma and asked if I could put the groceries back. Without hesitation he scanned my receipt and paid for my groceries. Paid. For. My. Groceries. I was so shocked!!! All I could say - was thank you for be a blessing to me.

The cashier was pleasant to me - even though my card was declined. Alex was pleasant and generous - even though my card was declined.

This store is filled with wonderful employees. I LOVE this store!!!
