I went to the Brentwood Storage office and was assisted by Angie on renting a unit there. She was great, she was very professional, answered all my questions and made sure I understood all the policies. She gave me copies of all paperwork that I signed. I definitely recommend Brentwood Storage and especially Angie for your storage needs.

They have been flexible when we needed a last minute unit and she patrols the units each day to ensure that everything is safe and sound! Angie was very helpful and knowledgeable. She did not try to over sell me for what I needed. Angi also took a lot of pressure off of this big move and I am making by answering questions about the local area. I had a very wonderful experience working with everyone on staff here. Kathy, the manager was incredibly accommodating of my situation. I was out of the state and trying to empty out the storage unit with the help of a friend who was local. Kathy and her staff worked with me to make the arrangements and were even gracious with giving me a few extra days past my billing date to vacant the unit. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and wonderful staff.

Highly recommend Brentwood Self Storage! Easy to apply and get approved online. Nick (Asst Property Manager) is extremely responsive via email. I had to move out earlier than expected. (Bought a house.) Emailed and was closed out of the system in less than 24 hours. I'll be a repeat customer. Easily accessible off I-65 & Moore Lane.

She is truly committed to seeing that all her customers needs are fulfilled AND that she can be reached if necessary. Crystal represents this company’s commitment to providing the best service possible!! She is AWESOME and I look forward to continuing to work with her.

Brentwood Self Storage is a good value compared to similar storage facilities in the area. The premises are well-kept and clean. The staff is courteous and easy to deal with.

The customer service is phenomenal and the pricing is fair. I have used other storage facilities in the area and Brentwood Self-Storage is by far the best!
