Just visited this Facility I can say Elizabeth at the front desk was awesome! It was 3 of us loading, she was so caring that she went out of her way to accommodate us with bottle waters in this heat! The facility is inside has cold air, very clean, also property is well kept!! 👌 Easy access to load, unload, also move around! Let me add that this facility also has hand sanitizer at the desk. Thank 😊 you Elizabeth your the best!!! Will definitely be back.

Elizabeth was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. She patiently answered all my questions and provided detailed information about the storage options available, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The location is very convenient, with ample parking and easy access to the storage units. The facility also offers a wide range of packing supplies, which was a huge help during my move.

Liz was extremely nice, answered every question we had for, kept the common areas clean, and offered us water the entire move. I can’t say enough good things about Elizabeth, the property manager here at US Storage. She could have just put me in a unit the size I inquired about but she took the time to ask questions about my business and what my specific needs were. She was able to get me a unit near the loading dock (which I didn’t even know they had) AND it was bigger with a lower piece. The convenience (near Costco) is amazing too.

We’ve been looking for a storage facility for awhile and had a list of requirements. After visiting several facilities and being disappointed we came across US Storage. It met all our needs and BONUS - it has a property manager named Elizabeth who goes above and beyond! She has a terrific personality and let us know she’ll be there for us if we have any questions or problems. We feel confident we made the right choice!

Liz has been amazing! From start to finish she helped me with my move-in and made everything seamless, I have been renting from the storage unit for almost a year and I recently left a very important bag outside of my storage unit and she found it for me and called me and returned it to me. I have had no issues, renting here and anytime I have had questions, she has been more than helpful!
