American Signature Furniture

I've purchased from American Signature in the past for my living room, and when it was time to pick out a new dining set, I had an idea of where I could return to get a good idea on styles that would match my already existing pieces.

Sabrina was both kind and respectful, keeping her distance while I browsed the furniture but always available if I had queries or ideas for mixing and matching. I inevitably found what I was looking for, and she made the purchase very easy and answered all of my questions professionally.

The crew who set up the dining set were quick and efficient, and even a little early! Thank goodness for the text reminders that let me track their progress and warned me when they were 10 minutes away.

The only small let down was that several of my dining chairs are wobbly, and the feet underneath are the stationary kind so they cannot be adjusted.

As a return customer, this company has not let me down, and their simple, efficient service is something that I have really come to enjoy when making a big purchase like this.

Trevor and Isaiah delivered my furniture and they did a great job! All my items were delivered in a timely manner.

Courtney was awesome, and we walked out happy. We've been to at least 5 stores before this one; there were more options here and her customer service was absolutely perfect! We were able to get the best sectional for our home, and we'll definitely be back.

Stopped in on Black Friday and was greeted by a lovely salesperson named ‘Vette. We knew what we wanted ahead of time, and she was patient and knowledgeable in fielding all of our questions. She didn’t try to push anything on us, or “upsell” either. She listened to our wants and needs, and was very attentive in addressing those items. Lastly, she gave the same great service from the moment she greeted us; until the moment we walked out with the receipt. If you are in the market for furniture, and plan on browsing American Signature Furniture; you owe it to yourself to ask for ‘Vette when you stop in. You won’t regret it.

We've been looking for a new bed and mattress for over a month. A lot has changed since we purchased. Stumbling in to American Signature both manager Jonathan & Christie were extremely helpful. They were able to answer all of our questions super clearly. Their team was so good at answering our question we decided to purchase our mattress and bed during our first visit. Super excited for our purchase! Thanks again!

Excellent service! Greeted by Flo soon as we walked in the door and she made the process super easy. She was great about answering all of our questions and didn’t hover which is super great when trying make decisions. She went above and beyond.

Came here last Saturday and met Cecilia and she helped us. We have been to 7 different stores and locations trying to find the right furniture.

We returned tonight after calling to make sure she was there. She is wonderful and no pressure and very knowledgeable. Found a king bedroom set and living room set . She got us financed and set up delivery very fast.

There selection is also great. Styles and colors for all taste whether it is traditional, modern, colorful or sparkly

We had an amazing experience with Ana. She showed us everything that we asked and was accommodating to all the questions that we had! Furniture was affordable, and we left satisfied!

Ana was the best representative I’ve ever had. She was very knowledgeable about all of the pieces in the store and helped me find the perfect furniture for my home. She was super patient as I dragged her all over the store and she easily answered all of my questions. She also gave me plenty of freedom and space to look at the store at my leisure. Overall excellent experience and the best deal for quality items.

Christy was very helpful in helping us with our questions and our needs. We were on the fence between a couple of couches but they were not pushy and let us think and choose at our own speed. Not to mention very friendly! I would recommend the sofa-buying experience.

Flo was a great help when picking our new sectional. The quality of leather offered is the best around and I have been looking and researching. Can't wait to get our new furniture!
