It was great dealing with Murfreesboro Mini Self Storage. I needed to take a look at a couple different size units to see if my stuff would fit. They were very accommodating. Also the entire week before I moved in we had a snow and ice storm. I was glad to see they had treated and cleared the driveway. Look forward to being here for a while.

At first I wasn't sure I had made the right decision. I applied for a unit over the weekend online and received an error message, so I called the number and spoke with a representative who was not very helpful. Later that day, I received the paperwork confirming my rental and unit, but I had some questions and was worried I would get the same representative. I called during the week and spoke with a woman name Tara. She was so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions, as well as getting ahold of the maintenance person Harry to help me on site. Thanks to them, my rating went from not so good to awesome!

We were able to look at a unit and rent that day. The owners are very friendly and answered all questions we had. The unit is very clean and is a very good price!

First thing I notice was the units are extremely clean. I have two units and both were virtually dust free when I entered. Second, they are very reasonable priced. When I rented my first I had originally stopped at a mini storage two miles up the road, I do not remember their exact cost, but I do knew Murfreesboro mini storage, for a 10 × 10 climate control was double digits cheaper than their 10 by 10 non climate control.
Lastly, I am from the old school and I am a nay-sayer to all automated no human contact business style of this generation. I always have questions, something committed, something not laid out well, etc. The miserable chatbots are useless. M'boro on the other hand was laid out in a very understandable and orderly way. They seemed to know the questions of their customer. Their proactive attitude in the automation made it easy even for an ole non tech savvy one like I. Thank you M'boro mini storage it was a pleasure.

We had items in the back that we haven’t seen in 3 years, and everything was exactly as we left it. Easy 24 hour access with secure codes for gate and door.
