This is the most friendliest store I’ve been to! Went to go get a Covid test done and the lady in the pharmacy was very nice and had a great attitude! It was quick, little wait time. Very easy to get my testing done and quick to get my results! ❤💯

The pharmacy staff are all exceptionally professional, helpful, and kind. After I moved to this town and began using this store for prescriptions a year ago, the pharmacy staff were soon greeting me by name when I went to pick up refills (perhaps because it is a small town, and I get nearly a dozens refills each month.)

After a major remodeling of the interior, the organization of shelves, displays, and merchandise the store is much, much better. I would have rated the non-pharmacy portion of the store with 2 stars before, but now it is 5 stars. Based upon the date of the review, the other person who complained about poor service was there during the remodeling period, which was a bit chaotic because the store remained open during the entire remodeling which lasted several months. There were often extra people employed by the construction company who were brought in to move displays and shelves about. Not only were they not retail staff as the other person was informed, but the regular retail staff were also a stretched thin as they were restocking merchandize once a section was completed. They probably had difficulty telling the extra workers from customers who might need assistance, which was why the person didn't get noticed wanting help.

Before the remodeling, the aisles all ran at odd angles around the store. A designer somewhere presumably thought this was interesting, but the reason it was novel was because it made it impossible to look down aisles to find things you were looking for. The new organization with traditional straight aisle makes shopping much easier. So that shoppers will make more unplanned impulse purchases, retail stores have long (dis)organized their layouts to force people to walk around the entire store to find the most commonly purchased items. The original maze in this store carried this idea beyond the breaking point, so that shoppers couldn't find the things they planned to purchase.

I like that the store is in the "Goldilocks" size. It is big enough to have a good selection of the stuff you expect at a modern pharmacy, but it isn't so large you must hike a mile to get to the back to pick up a prescription a bottle of aspirin. I used to get really annoyed shopping the other 2 major chains, whose name I will omit, because I had to walk through endless miles of useless seasonal merchandise to find the basics of shampoo, toothpaste, bandaids, etc. Who buys 500 gallon inflatable swimming pool and patio furniture at their drug store? While getting milk and cereal, or soda and chips at the drugstore is handy sometimes when you're there for other items, when you need to buy an ace bandage for a sprained ankle or more personal OTC medications for other problems, a 50 mile hike around a SuperSized Store isn't what you want. This store is just big enough for what you want at the drugstore, and yet small enough to be quick and convenient for small purchases.

I hate the stupid computer that answers the phone but the staff has always been friendly. The pharmacy is usually short staffed but by no means the fault of the pharmacists who work so hard. I’m I’m sure more techs would be hired if they were in charge! Blame Walgreens corporate.

Wounderful people. The new Walgreens upgrades have made the interior more inviting. My only complaint is the drive threw. It's too tight for cars and takes forever 15-20 mins per person. I have never had such a long wait any where else. If you go threw the drive threw and there are people in front of you and someone pulls in behind you you will be stuck for a long long long time. There is no way out. Be very careful. Hopefully when rite aid swaps fully to Walgreens the company will put effort into speeding up the drive threw.. If peoples medicine isn't ready DON'T LET THEM WAIT AND BLOCK TRAFFIC. I have waited in line for almost an hr the other day.

This is my personal testimony….I went to our local Walgreens today and wish I took a picture of the sign on the front door pushing Covid vaccines for ages 3+. I walked in the store mad and upset bc I have friends that suffered from the side effects even died from the horrid side effects of these vaccines. Yes, we see the mainstream media that still push for these bio weapons for monetary gain and know they are in a criminal act of end of a innocent life. I believe I let everyone know in that store my frustration. When are people going to wake up! Please I hope my team members too give their frustration and testimony on this issue. Where are the arrests for this criminal activity. When will there be justice to this injustice.

Had to give it one start so I could write a review! The pharmacy is absolutely horrible and filled with idiots that clearly don’t know what they’re doing. Also wasn’t greeted when I walked in the door either which I thought was pretty rude.

Terrible customer Service in the Pharmacy. The older lady acted like she hates you when you go to her counter. Not going back and will let others know not to get prescription there. They are also late on prescription sent to this store.

The worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Never a straight answer to any question. Insurance no longer recognizes them as a preferred Pharmacy. Prices are extremely high. Difficult to get prescriptions transferred away from them. Their website is a joke in trying to get things taken care of on that and of course, the pharmacy always says they have nothing to do with the website and vice versa. So what's the point. This location has no accountability.

My boyfriend's grandmother took me to the ER and I had prescriptions sent there. It was long after an hour (which they had told us it'd be an hour to get the info from the hospital). So she had her husband pick them up for me because they done live close to everything anymore and they treated him poorly and was treated the worst ever. If you didn't know, they are supposed to do the ones sent from the hospital first before anything else. Now I won't be able to get them because the roads are too icy to go back there to get my medicine today. (Jan. 05/06)

I have been picking up the same prescriptions from this store for years and years, every single month, month after month. It never goes smoothly. Some of these young gals behind the counter try to tell me it’s MY fault that THEY screw my meds up every single time without fail. According to them, I am expected to tell them what I need to pick up each month. I NEED TO PICK UP THE SAME MEDS I PICKED UP LAST MONTH AND THE MONTH BEFORE AND SO ON AND SO ON! WHAT THE HECK IS ON YOUR COMPUTER SCREENS BACK THERE? Please....I can’t even pronounce most of the medications I take, let alone remember them all. Every month, it’s the same story.....I get home with my bag(s) of medicine, and inevitably one or two are missing, and I have to trek back 30 minutes to fix MY mistake. With the exception of Sandra, Wendy, and one other young lady, this group seriously needs to learn about accountability and that literally our lives are in their hands. Be and act like courteous, respectful professionals that care about the mistakes YOU make, and make more of your jobs than just a paycheck you need to pay your bills. You play a very serious role in some of our lives, so please own that and act accordingly. Customer Service 101 skills are sorely lacking here. Do better and demand better from your people, Walgreens.

Worse customer service I’ve ever had, wish Riteaid was still there. Just go to Hartsville Pharmacy. Much better there.
