I am always treated with friendliness and respect. The staff always explain the work needed, and never try to upsell services or parts that are not necessary. They are a wonderful team at the Lebanon Leeville Pike location. I have been coming here for years, and intend to continue.

I had a flat tire emergency, and their team not only responded promptly but also went above and beyond to fix it quickly and efficiently. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, making sure I understood the entire process. Outstanding service, highly recommended!

I llimped in there with a busted tire late in the afternoon. The shop was busy, and obviously I had no appointment. The staff responded immediately, the manager did not have my tire on hand and he called to see which Firestone would provide one. They put my doughnut on my car and I drove home. They called me the next day to come i so they could install the new tire they has just received. I did not have a long wait, and am most pleased with the services offered. For an out-of-the blue call, the response was pretty seamless. I would definitely recommed their services. DF

We had a low tire pressure warning come on and stopped at Firestone on Leeville to have it checked out. They thoroughly checked out all tires so we could continue our trip with assurance all was OK. It was important because we encountered some really severe weather! Thank you for your excellent service!

We were traveling across the country when we had some issue with the trailer tires. Daniel, the store manager, was able to get us back on the road super fast! The service was amazing and they did a great job!

Excellent management, staff & service! Had a issue with a wheel bearing on '07 F-150 a few years ago & they more than took care of me. I've been going there since & will continue.

I love these boys, they are professional and so caring. As a women you go to automotive places and don't really treat you with respect, not really. The gentlemen that manages the place is very caring and understanding. The boys are always willing to help you and answer your questions. I highly recommend this store. I drive an hour, although there is one closer to me.

I had a tire to blow this past week and ended up making to Firestone.
The Service mannager and tech was my
blessing due to getting my spare on and getting me my way. I appreciate their kindnesses .

I like to come always to here because everyone is friendly and I like the service too. So all my family go to the same Firestone to do their services as well. I brought them because of the great experience I have had.

Making my appt online for the next morning was seamless, everyone I interacted with was courteous & knowledgeable.

Base on the service they do to me, This shop is an excellent place I change my tires in less than 2 hours, They do a technicals inspection plus a change AAC filter, And the person on charge he was a very good guy very friendly

Had an engine coolant problem with a rental car and the gentlemen here got it cleared up and we were back on the road free of charge. Very nice and super helpful!

Loved the technician. She explained my problem. Of course fixed it. But then at check out the gentle men at the register helped me save money on my bill. Like a real savings. Recommend this Firestone to everyone. Felt like family.

Stopped in to get my 27 Ford rear wheel looked at, it was 5:00 on a Saturday and the guys were really nice and accommodating. Balanced one wheel, found issues with the past job that was done by another shop and got back on the road. Would definitely go back and get more work done on my 27 and my other vehicles.

Knowledgeable, efficient, and great service
Gave me honest feedback about my tires "you really really need 2 replaced as soon as possible, and could wait a little longer on the other 2." We trusted them so my husband bought all 4.

The service was great and being that they guarantee your tires, there was no charge for all three of our tires. They replaced the valves on three of the tires even though we only had two flat tire. They are very efficient at Firestone.

Chad, the store manager, runs a great automotive business. He provides great customer service for automotive repairs, and gives you accurate advice on repairs.

They got me in on a holiday weekend, made several repairs, and they didn't break the bank. Staff was very nice and accommodating!
