I have used this location for new tires and service for years and have never been disappointed. After a stressful day from a tire blowout while driving 1.5 hours away, I made it back to Lebanon where Jacob and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was cared for and my car was back to normal. Excellent service from exceptional people!

My experience with this company has always been great and that is why I continue to use them. Recently I visited a different location (Lebanon Tn) and I was very impressed with the staff, two gentlemen in particular, Allen and Dustin. I watched them interact with many customers while I waited for my car to be serviced. They were extremely professional and courteous with every customer. They demonstrated extraordinary customer service in every interaction I witnessed.

They fixed our camper tire for us and didn't even make me get out of the truck to pick it up (two fussy little guys in the back seat). Awesome service and friendly too !

I was in a bind the day before vacation when I realized my tires were in bad shape. I was also on a major time crunch with my son in an appointment at the same time, so I only had a tiny window of time to solve my tire problem. I first called at 8:30am and by 9:15am I was literally rolling out with 4 new tires on my way to pick up my son, right on time. I was stunned that they were able to pull that off! And oh so grateful. I work every winter in Lebanon TN and was on my way home to Montana, when I decided to get my tire pressure checked. They do this as a free service at discount tires. After making sure all tires had same pressure, the gentleman showed me where one of my tires had the steel belts coming through the tread! He helped me purchase a reasonable priced tire, installed it and I was safely on my way home. Glad I stopped at discount tires or my trip could have ended badly with a blown tire. Thanks discount tires!

I bought tires here for my daughter and when she went in the order didn’t go through. Joshua, the store manager, was helping her. He went above and beyond to try and figure out where the transaction got lost. He worked through it with my daughter and eventually after a couple days the transaction went through and everything was fine. Joshua made this process much less stressful than it was bound to be. He’s a prime example how to treat customers. He deserves a raise 😊

By far my best experience with buying tires! I wanted a specific tire put on the same day and it just so happened, the store in Lebanon TN. had them in stock. This location is out of my way but was well worth the drive. I was greeted in the parking lot by an associate as soon as I pulled up. From the time I pulled up to the time they were finished took 1 hour. I’m impressed. Thank you

This store is always busy....the front counter people work very hard to get the customers taken care of. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and very helpful. They have an excellent team working at this store.

Have never been disappointed when working with the folks at discount tire. Jacob and Riley both took an unfortunate situation and did business the right way. The customer may not always be right, but at Discount Tire in Lebanon, they’ll make it right! Highly recommend!!

No matter what location, either Mt Juiiet or Lebanon, the customer service and professionalism are impeccable.
Their prices are good and the service great. They checked a low tire for me, and I bought wipers all around for the vehicle. Yes, Casey sold me on the wipers. I needed them anyway. I can honestly say it was quick and efficient.

We have been buying tires here for over 15 years. The customer service is top-notch! The effort they make to be efficient and courteous is amazing. Specifically, Jacob and Allen went out of their way to fix my leak while dealing with my busy schedule. After 5 vehicles, 15 years and more than 10 sets of tires, I have only purchased a set 1 other time when an accident occurred in another city. Guys like Jacob are the reason I come back and you should try them out!

It's a great place to get tires and installation for a reasonable price. A wide selection of different products to get you back on the road and driving safely.

Greeted promptly by Gavin. I nneeded a rim replaced. He addressed my needs and gave me an estimated time for repair. Was in and out in less than an hour.

These guys had me checked out, tires on and ready to go in under 35 minutes this morning! Very pleased! 👍👍👍

We came from Jackson MS for slammedenuff carshow and our car trailer started vibrating our truck. Thank you Allen for making sure we were taking care of on a busy Saturday, so we can drive back with peace of mind on Sunday night. New tires is what we needed.
