StorPlace Self Storage

Every one was extremely nice. I showed after hours because I did not read the email correctly but I was still helped and got my unit. They showed me were my unit was and even gave me and the people helping me a water. This is the third storage place that I've been to and none of them come close to StorPlace. Lori was great very informative and helpful. Thank you.

Hands down, the nicest people you will ever meet in this business - Matt was great! And Berkeley the dog was on point. I’ve rented more times than I can count over the past 30yrs, this is one of the nicest/cleanest facilities!

This place is top notch, of all the places I went to see(I am picky because I’m storing precious items to me), this was the cleanest, with the most polite and professional staff. It even smelled nice! Lori was great and really drove it home for me. I would highly recommend this company and especially this location.

I am giving this location a 5 because of Laurie The manager …who really knows what she’s doing and how to take care of customers….. I originally had an issue with their online call center making several mistakes with the wrong information ,my reservation for a space and setting me up with the wrong size space …..But the manager Laurie fixed it all made things much better and I actually ended up renting two spaces instead of the one I was originally going to rent……. Everything was clean orderly and efficient. Seems to be a really great place if you want to rent there go speak directly to the manager it’s worth the drive to the South Rutherford blvd location

Lori was an excellent person to help me get a unit. She was welcoming, nice, helpful, and very informative. She gets two thumbs up from me.

Highly recommend! I used the handy chat to text feature on their website. Laurie was on the ball and responded very quickly. She was super helpful in finding me a unit that suited my needs and kept me up to date on upcoming openings. I love how accessible and personal their customer service is! Matt was very helpful getting me set up with a unit over the phone. Stay local and use them!

I rented a 10x10 when I first got here last August. The facility is gate access only, which I appreciate, and I was able to compete the rental process by a very friendly gentleman who also answered all my questions and covered everything more than sufficiently.

I unloaded my trailer and was on my way very quickly. Over the months I never had a single issue accessing my room, my belongings were well taken care and at no point were they damaged. This was a particular worry given all the bad weather we had.

Once I secured my apartment I was able to get my stuff moved out with no hassles and when I turned in the room the young woman that helped me was just as professional and helpful as the man that assisted me when I first rented it.

I highly recommend the facility. If you are in need of a good storage facility this is the one you should choose.

Lori the Property Manager is awesome. We have been with this storage company for 6+ years and she is always friendly and helpful. She even allowed us the use of another unit for three days to move around some items that we had sold. We highly recommend this storage unit company as it is always very clean and safe. We appreciate Lori!

This is the second time I have had to rent a storage unit and this place has been very convenient in the location. Lori from the office has been absolutely wonderful to work with and gone above and beyond to try and assist me in my needs. The grounds are well kept and I feel my items are very safe being stored there.
